Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services, easy to use website and unique products. CBD relief balm is really soothing for sore muscles, it gives a warming sensation without being too intense and has a lovely fragrance. CBD lip balm is a little gritty but leaves lips feeling soft.

Highly rate using Pureagen for CBD oil. Max has always been helpful at answering questions when I’ve had them. Delivery is super speedy. Cannot fault the products or service at all. Highly recommend!

Excellent, quick, very professional customer service. Great product (collagen) by ingredients, now testing how quickly it'll help my body recover and heal, but already now after about a week of use can feel the change (improvement in my skin condition). I'm not even thinking of buying collagen somewhere else, Pureagen are perfect.

I bought the collagen
I bought the collagen, which is fantastic. Not only that, when we had an issue (it was the postman's mistake, which I didn't know at the time) and I wrote back to PUREAGEN to fix it, the founder fixed it very quickly.
I am becoming a regular client from now on, as they are reliable.

Good company, quality products!
I got it especially for my problematic knees. I have had a problem with both knees since I was a child. Was told long ago that I just need to be careful... but after some research I have done last year I found out that by supplementing collagen and some exercises I can help myself, so this “condition” does not deteriorate. When I bought the collagen from pureagen for the first time I liked it. The quality was very good, it really has no flavour, which is great. It helped with my knees, My hair and nails got better too, fantastic side effect. But when my first pack finished I have tried cheaper one from another brand. The other brand was horrible🤮 I couldn’t stand the smell and the taste... so I wasn’t even taking it regularly, hence lack of results🤷♀️.
So now I have stocked collagen from Pureagen and I’m starting my journey with them once again. The have added new product to their offer, more payment options and a measuring spoon to collagen. It’s good to see a brand improving and investing in products rather than just skimming clients. Well done pureagen!!!

MCT powder, easy to use really enjoy my first cuppa! Does make you feel you've eaten and I never feel sluggish so can wait until lunchtime for a meal. Really does work well for keto diet.

New to Pureagen
I researched UK collagen supplements specifically for muscle repair, and found that it can also help with arthritis which my mum has. I chose Pureagen as it contains a all 5 types of collagen, it has a 5 star rating, and all the reviews have been excellent. Great informative customer service and swift product delivery. My mum and I have only been taking this supplement for a week and are looking forward to reaping the benefits long term.
