Tread carefully
The start of my buying process went really smooth. Fantastic communication, really informative and anything they were unsure of, they were able to come back with answers. They provided everything I asked for. Once the bike was delivered, that's when everything started going downhill. As the bike was delivered, the driver mentioned that the horn was not working and explained that he had already falgged it up. I also noticed the left pillion footpeg was missing. I accepted the delivery of the bike due to the fantastic communicaton I experienced in the beginning, but when it came to reporting these issues, there was no answer from them. It was weeks after the bike was delivered before I received any reply to my numerous messages and emails and even then they were useless. Making false promises and telling me one of their colleagues would call me to discuss the next steps, and never called.
I am now out of pocket for the horn repair and new pillion footpeg and still have no word from them.
I would not reccommend using them to purchase a bike, but if you do, be very careful and don't always believe the promises they make.

Bike delivered not running properly and with faulty brakes and tire pressures
I bought an Indian chieftain from Super Bike Factory. The negotiated price seemed reasonable and they were very keen to get my deposit. They then wanted full payment before giving a date for the bike to go through their workshop for full set of checks, service and MOT. I paid in full and then silence. They cannot be reached by phone and do not reply to emails. I emailed and asked to cancel the sale and be refunded as it was still within the 14 days. This brought a reaction with a date for workshop and delivery.
When the bike was delivered after the agreed date, it was only firing on one cylinder, had error codes on the dash, engine light on and tires were almost flat. Again they could not be reached by phone and did not initially respond to emails. Eventually I did reach them. They said the bike came with full years warranty cover. I pointed out that I had not included the extra warranty. They said they included it. It seems they wanted to wash their hand of it and hand it over to the warranty company. I called the warranty company and was told that, as the problems has occurred within the 24 hours and as delivered, they would not cover it. Super bike factory could not be reached.
I gave up and took it to my local dealer who said one of the spark plus was completely closed. They sorted the other problems and I asked for a full service and MOT check as super bike factory clearly couldn’t be relied upon to have done it. I took the hit and paid for it all myself. Bike is now ok apart from a sticky rear break cylinder which I’m getting sorted.
Oh, and the reason they have so many positive reviews is that they want you to leave a positive review before delivering the bike.
Super Bike Factory should at least have their MOT license revoked as the bike was not road worthy with ties and breaks in that condition.
Bad communication from sales agent Alex Hulme
I recently purchased a bike from Superbike Factory and, unfortunately, the experience has been far from what I expected.
When I collected the bike, I found damage to the clutch cover and a chip on the rear wheel—neither of which were disclosed to me prior to purchase. I made sure this was noted on the handover paperwork at the time, so there is a clear record of these issues from collection.
What has made this significantly worse is the poor level of communication from Alex Hulme. I have made multiple attempts to contact him via phone and email and have received no response. I was also told I would be called back, and after speaking to one of his colleagues—who confirmed she had managed to get in contact with him—I was assured he would return my call. This still did not happen.
In addition, the limited email responses I have received have been unprofessional and lacking even basic email etiquette, which only adds to the frustration. For someone in a customer-facing role, this standard of communication is simply not acceptable.
To be clear, this would have been a much better review if the communication had been handled properly. Issues can be resolved, but being ignored and receiving unprofessional responses is unacceptable.
At this stage, the aftersales support has been extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for a response to address the issues raised.
Great service and a great bike!
Martin was very helpful when I came in initially. And Josh was excellent when I came to collect the bike on Saturday from Macclesfield. Josh was very friendly and professional. I appreciated him moving my bike outside. The bike is amazing by the way. Although I would have preferred a bit more communication during the buying process. I did not get any responses to 5 messages. I also very much appreciated the very quick process of MOTing the bike and getting it ready the next day after I had paid the balance by bank transfer.

I recently bought a triumph tiger from…
I recently bought a triumph tiger from superbike factory . I found the whole experience good and easy . I live in wales so didn’t get to see the bike other than pictures until it turned up in the delivery van . The bike was exactly as described. As I only had a 30 days warranty I wanted to put as many miles as possible on it to make sure everything was okay . I’ve done about 600 miles and a few trips out with my wife as pillion and it’s not missed a beat . My only complaint is trying to ring them is painful . You can be on told for an hour then get cut off automatically. So you end up frustrated.i would guess they are very understaffed . But that being said I would definitely buy from them again

Shocking after sales
Bought a bike from these guys in December. Once the weather cleared i finally got the chance to use it, all for 125 miles. Now the bike has issuse they just don't want to know at all. Problems in the exhaust and ecu. After care,what after care. Absolutely disgusting. Can't even get a manager to call me back(waited over 2 weeks), they hang up on me and don't respond to emails. Great at selling a bike but apart from that Absolutely shocking service. Avoid at all costs. They are the arnold clark of the bike world.

Terrible aftercare
Absolutely impossible to get hold of for any sort of aftercare. Enquired about bike just to get them to ring me and after speaking to someone who said they’d email everything over - never did. Still trying to get hold of them. Personally I’d never deal with them again and suggest everyone else do the same.

They couldn't care less about customers.
Further to my previous review (left 20th April), I still don't have a bike (CX23TWC) that was supposed to delivered 2 days ago, still haven't managed to contact anyone despite spending hours and hours on hold, and still have no replies to emails sent to talktous@superbikefactory and two other email addresses.
Unfortunately I've now had to go the legal route and have sent emails to SBF with intention to go through small claims court to get my deposit back as obviously they have deliberately ignored all my attempts to contact them (phone & emails).
They have 14 days to respond, then to court it goes.
What is just astounding is that almost all of the many many negative reviews on here could have been avoided if someone at SBF understood that answering calls to customers is actually a good thing and not to just ignore them in the hope that the problem will just go away.
To anyone thinking of buying from SBF, just go mention their name on any motorcycle forum, Reddit, Facebook etc, and you'll get nothing but horror stories from people that have used them.
You have been warned!
To SBF, please contact me using the reg number above as reference to avoid this going to the small claims court, and please don't ask me to contact the email you use in your replies here as I've done that several times and you guys just ignore every single one.

Indian scout classic mechanical faults
Well what can I say the company is a busy shop it sells motorcycles fast and at a selling price . I purchased my first bike and Indian scout classic this April I received it on the 14th of April sadly on my first ride the engine light came on and attempted to call SuperBike factory over the three days and I did receive and email to get a diagnostic from my local motorcycle shop this was a Indian dealer ship. A number of issues were found and with a tempting to phone 10times and email sale and the sales person to no avail. I have written a formal complaint as I need my bike as I use it every day . Now going to battle to get the cost of fixing the faults reimbursed .
However I do love the bike it’s sad that the 120 point mechanical check is not worth its writing on the paper and I have only had it a week 🫣
