Great communication from initial contact to delivery.
Hauler were extremely careful with heavy removal from 2nd floor.

Was not told the truth about this company. WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone. The charges were outrages for what done. I would have taken the couch locally if I had known. You are very unethical about how you do business. Your drive is very unethical and not telling the truth.

Arrived in the designated window, very friendly and capable, attentive to details, mission accomplished quickly.

Resupply was great to work with to donate things from my home. A great company picked up the items and there was a fee, but it’s fairly reasonable.

Were prompt, polite, & on time. Very conscious of there surroundings not to damage personal property. Excellent service!!

Most charities will pick up items curbside, but will not come in to the house for removal. This was the ideal solution. They came in, brought all my designated items down two flights of stairs and loaded them all in their truck. I was pleased that they offered the option of recycling or dumping those items that the charity would not accept. I was displeased that the man I spoke to on the phone, told me that any items not taken by the charity would have a $10 fee, which was not true. The cost was considerable higher than that, although I did think that was too good to be true. Overall, it was a very reasonable price and a great job done.

The company that picked up the desk were very professional, friendly and quick. I wanted to make sure that the desk would help others since it was pretty new and they assured me that it would be donated for that purpose. The staff members I spoke with throughout the process were very friendly and helpful.

The truck and two very personable and competent movers arrived right on time. The communication was excellent as was their work.

It’s a painless way to donate unwanted items. You are paying to have the items picked up by a 3rd party but they are up front about that and you know how much it will cost before they come. They also charge a disposal fee in the event the item(s) aren’t accepted by the donation organization which otherwise refunded a few days after pick up. Overall a good experience.

Easy to schedule, good communication and the guys who came to do the pick up were professional and nice.

From making the first call through watching the truck pull away from my house, everything went smoothly and as planned.

Price I was given over the phone to sign them up for the job wasn’t what I was charged after the job was done. Claimed bedding…mattresses and box spring had to be charge more cause they were recycling. Grandfather clock also. There was a 64.00 charge for fuel. Don’t think that should have been. Any hidden charges should have been said up front when I was asking about the service.

The entire process of getting our extra items removed from our home was exceptional. From the initial telephone call to arrange the pickup to the post receipt process was flawless. The office personnel were super professionnel, the crew who picked up our items was amazing. The crew was on time, treated our home with care, were friendly, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank You!
