The service was adequate
The service was adequate. Nothing special. Not thrilled with the pricing and initially quoted a rate $300 less than what was charged. Service seemed poorly explained when I called in regarding the cost.
Could be 5 star
I searched Goodwill and Salvation Army for ways to donate and both led me here. I was concerned it was some sort of internet scam, but after careful review found it legit.
It wa every easy to schedule a pick up once o selected pick up for a fee. When I I initially selected for free, I received no reply for 7 days. The fee I was originally quoted was for $250 for an entertainment center, a chair, 2 nightstands, and a coffee table. In the end the fee was $320 when added tip, fuel fee, and a rug holder.
Throughout the process after I change fit to be fee based, every part was very communicative. The men were kind. The work was efficient. All went well. The only reason for the 4stars is because of the lack of communication about anyone being willing to do it for free. In any case, it was a pleasure to know our beloved furniture was going to Habitat for humanity.
Your representatives were helpful
Your representatives were helpful, on time and fast. The only negative is that your website listed mattresses as something they could take. It turns out that you don't take mattresses but fortunately they were able to dispose of the one I had.

I was told that I would receive a receipt from Goodwill indicating that they had received the coffee table that you picked up. I have no proof that Goodwill receive the Table. All I have is your invoice for the pick up.
How do I proceed to get a proof that Goodwill actually received the Table?

Timely and very professional. Took great care with the items. Will recommend friends and family to donate gently used items this way.
Wish this company had been more honest with me
When I originally called I told the person I had a sleeper sofa - and they assured me it would be donated. When the driver got here and totaled up my charges it was significantly higher than I was quoted (about 80% higher) - when I looked closely at the charges there was a 'recycle fee of $150.00, not to mention the gas surcharge of $19.00. And I found out that my sofa in excellent condition was going to the dump! I was crushed, but I couldn't figure anything else out at the moment - so I went ahead and let them take it. The team was nice about it, but I wish I had known beforehand and tried to find another solution. I'm sure there is someone out there could have really used this nice piece of furniture. I understand the 'bedbug' issue - but what guarantee is there that any other piece of furniture doesn't have bedbugs?? If you have an infestation in your apartment, I don't think the bedbugs limit themselves to your bed. There are no bedbugs in my apartment, but even so, couldn't they treat it - fumigate it? so anyway, I am heartbroken, sad, and less than happy...
