While they were there when scheduled, the quote doubled once they got there. No explanation. I put exactly the furniture there was when scheduled, and it went from $150 to $380. Beware, I think it was because we needed the furniture gone due to a death in the family.

The process was quick when I was in a rush!

No one showed up for my first scheduled appointment. I rescheduled it after 2 days waiting for a response from customer service. The website said they accepted mattresses and box springs but didn't say there was a $20.00 recycling fee until the driver arrived to pick them up. It felt like a switch and bait tactic. The service wasn't worth the cost.

Pick up window was changed by them on the day of pickup and they were still late. Tried to contact for assistance and no one responded until the following day. One upside, once they arrived, it took them less than 15 minutes to move items out. They were capable but the more than 7.5 hour wait was a bit too much for me.

Best communication a follow thru of most companies I have done business with. Thank you!!!!

The men sent to pick up the bedroom set to pick up bedroom set were personable, efficient, and hard working.

The description oof Resupply is that the company takes home supplies/furniture, etc. and finds new homes for the pieces. The man who came into our home was rather surly, not even greeting us, and pointed out that only a few items could be donated, but that he could remove all of our items. His attitude was so offputting that we decided to once more call 1800 GOTJUNK as they have always been personable and helpful. They came and cleared out the house and garage

I appreciated the good communication throughout the process, being on time, being efficient and thorough, and being respectful of my property. Thanks to the guys.
