Great Service for a Good Local Cause
ReSupply was very quick and easy to schedule, and our loader was friendly, courteous, and did a great job loading 6 very large pieces on his truck for Habitat without even a ramp. Despite the hardship, he was affable, efficient, and genuinely grateful for our donation. Yes, it cost us to haul our furniture, but it was much less than I was expecting. Great work! We really appreciate the service!

What a fiasco
What a fiasco. We scheduled and reserved a pickup for furniture on Thursday for. Got confirmation with timeliness for pickup. Come the day of pickup, got emails and texts indicating time to expect truck to arrive. Last communication said between 2 and 4 pm. At 4:05 pm got text that said driver was on the way. Over an hour later, no driver and no indication how long before pickup. Tried to call to get status, but was always put in queue that only let me send a text or leave a voice mail for service support. Made numerous calls and only human(s) available to talk to were sales taking orders for new donations. Finally got text from service support saying driver was on the way. Now 2-1/2 hours from original text saying the same. About an hour later finally got text saying they weren't coming on Thursday and asking to reschedule for Friday. Nope especially after spending entire Thursday waiting for them. Will try to reschedule pickup, but will never recommend this service to anyone.

Employees were friendly when they arrived however on initial pickup date scheduled they never came or contacted me to let me know. Rescheduled appt and it went fine.
Missed date of pickup
The first pick-up did not occur on the specified date. I was then given one 4 days later. Although I had told your company that I had an armoire and 2 bedside tables (Thomasville matching set) the company stated that the company they donate to would NOT accept an armoire. Also they would take it to someone else for an additional fee.

The whole process from the initial text contact through to pick up was smooth, and went as planned. They made sure I knew the plan and they removed everything in 45 min. Great group to work with

The timing and availability of the movers was a highlight for me. They kept in contact with me of their progress and arrival time. Very efficient and quick with moving everything out that needed to go and made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving
Resupply is a group of honest people…
Resupply is a group of honest people who can be trusted. They arrive when they say they will. If you have something that the charities won't take (exercise equipment) they let you know the cost of retiring it sustainably. The booking process is flexible. I work fulltime so I had to move a pick-up. No problem. Their rates are very reasonable. I have use these folks twice and will certainly use them again, as I am moving cross-country. One more thing, when I have questions I speak with a vet who gets everything sorted.
