So easy to order from, from selection to basket to payment! Great communication and customer service and all the oils I ordered are beautiful… scents to die for, I use in my white vinegar to make eco friendly softener and the oils neutralise any smell of vinegar completely, wonderful stuff, love the selection, love the scents! Especially the beach and sea ones 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always bought my fragrance oils from this company as they worked out better value for money. Now they have added a large £12 delivery charge to my orders as I live in Northern Ireland! I always got free delivery over £30 nowwhen I spend the same amount I have to pay a huge delivery charge?! It has put me off ordering again as im not a big business who can afford those delivery charges I make fragrance melts for friends and family. No option of sendinh through Royal Mail either like other fragrance companies to keep the cost as low as they can for customers. Im sorry o wouldn’t pay £12 delivery for anything unless it was a huge piece of furniture not a small plastic bottle

Unfortunately, due to price increases on the cost of shipping to Northern Ireland we were unable to continue offering free shipping on smaller orders under £30.
We do however offer free shipping on all orders to Northern Ireland & Highlands over the value of £100.
Orders to Northern Ireland & Highlands under the value of £30 are charged £12 shipping.
This only covers the cost incurred for postage and not for packing materials.
As a small family run business ourselves we are well aware of the high costs we are all facing and try to provide the best value and service we can whilst not compromising on service.
Like you we were very disappointed not to be able to continue offering this shipping option to Northern Ireland, but currently it was not sustainable.
Hopefully one day when prices begin to go back to normal, we will be able to re start this offer for our highly valued Northern Ireland customers.
We do have an eBay, Amazon and Etsy store for people who wish to place smaller orders under the value of £30 and receive free shipping. The price of shipping is built into the cost of the items, so are slightly higher than the website but all include free shipping, even on a single 10ml bottle.
If you are looking to only order one or two fragrances this will still allow you to spend under £30 and receive free shipping, hopefully this may be of some use to you.

Great products at a great price
Great products at a great price. So much better buying certain high end competitors that charge you an arm and a leg for a basic finished product. Yes you got to make the candle yourself, but its not rocket science and anyone can do this. Wouldn't buy from anyone else
