Terrible customer service
Good products (when you get the right order) but absolutely terrible customer service.
Received a bottle of ‘Spring Awakening’ which was incorrectly labeled. It was actually Snow Angel/Fairy. I had bought it a while ago so assumed they would do nothing refund wise but I thought I’d email them to let them know and all I expected was an apology on the mix up. Instead I got met with cheek about how i needed to have declared this within 48 hours.
1) I was only informing you.
2) I highly doubt I was the only one to receive an incorrectly labeled bottle as I’d imagine the whole batch would be affected so you must be aware of the situation.
3) There was no need for cheek. I wasn’t cheeky to you.
The bit that annoyed me most was they didn’t even acknowledge the situation, nor offer an apology. I emailed them back informing them I wasn’t happy with that reply and they chose to ignore me completely after that. I have used them before with no problems hence why I gave them a chance but their unprofessionalism and lack of care to customers is appalling.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. Anything I order arrives fast and the quality of the fragrance oils are amazing. Some fragrance oil companies have quite artificial smells to their oils that ruin the overall scent, but I find Pure Scented fragrance oils are beautiful.
