I enjoyed my experience. I would say that the breakout rooms were fun, it allowed for collaboration and getting to know others that I would have never run into before. I also enjoyed the main discussion and getting to know about real estate.

It's a program that is really broken down for students to learn, the staff and people who work at Project Destined are so helpful. The meetings are great and you learn a lot. I would recommend.

Amazing experience, lots of valuable insight on real estate that truly set the foundation for how I will look at future deals. This program really helped me. The only thing I would note, is that I wish I could review the zoom call for my own use just in case I wanted to come back to something.

Just Attended Project Destined CRE Fundamentals Certificate Program Level 1: Market & Property Analysis session, it was a great experience and learn a lot of new stuff which I'm sure will be applicable in the near future. Loved how Cedric broke down complex ideas into simple ones and involved everyone into discussions. The breakout rooms were amazing, as I could interact with peers and discuss with them a case study as well as get to know them.

i loved the interactive parts, it was great that i was able to connect with people just like me looking to learn. This program was reaccommodated by a friends and I'm so glad i took her up on the offer. It really helped me to see the value of money and how i can increase it in the different ways
