Great intro to CRE fundamentals. Clear explanations and solid case studies that actually stick. Instructors know the material and break down complex concepts well. Would've loved more team-based projects and real Excel modeling, but overall excellent foundation for someone breaking into real estate.

I really enjoyed the program overall and thought it was a great introduction to commercial real estate fundamentals. The professor was also super nice, interactive, and made the sessions very engaging. I especially enjoyed the real world case studies and deal analysis exercises because they made the concepts much easier to understand and apply.

Cedric's Initiative is truly commendable ! I have just attended the CRE Level 1 Program and it was a great experience. Getting access to networks and informations free of cost, is really appreciative.

What made the experience great was Cedric's ability to explain concepts in an easy digestive way to get the student engaged and understand the concept.

It was a real interactive discussion especially with the speaker who mastered his subject and was open to discussion and tries to help us understand the concepts that were discussed.
