Today’s lesson was really informative and gave me a better understanding of commercial real estate and investment analysis. I enjoyed hearing industry perspectives and learning more about how different factors influence real estate decisions.

Cedric was amazing! Knowledgeable and down to earth.

The meeting was very detailed and to the point. Encouraging us to connect with each other was my favorite part since I believe networking is very important. In terms of the survey and account creation, I really liked that my LinkedIn profile can connect with my Project Destined profile.

This was an awesome experience overall, and the program did a great job making complex CRE concepts like NOI, cap rates, and operating margins much more understandable. One thing that made it especially effective was the use of real offering memorandums and step-by-step financial breakdowns, which helped connect theory to real-world applications. I also appreciated how the material was structured in a way that built on itself and made the analysis feel more intuitive over time. If anything, one small improvement could be adding a few more “challenge problems” or open-ended scenarios where students have to make investment decisions with limited information, just to further sharpen real-world thinking.

Cedric Bobo, a founder and CEO of Project Destined, led the meeting professionally and discussed topics that were new to me, yet I understood them thanks to his teachings.

I believe it was a great program today, led by Mr. Bobo, and I was able to learn and get a great understanding of the real estate markets.

Project Destined is a very good service, as it helped me to glean the ins and outs of the different applications of commercial real estate.

I enjoyed Cedric Bobo's insights and I really learned a lot in this session. The power points were very organized and easy to follow, The only critique have is I feel like the pace of the lecture was inconsistent as it started off at a certain pace in the beginning but I think because of time constraints the pace went quicker and therefore was harder to adjust to. Otherwise great lecture overall and excited for the next! Recommend this if you want to learn more about Commercial Real Estate.
