Very interesting places to visit, comfortable coach, helpful and friendly coach driver, good places to visit. Disappointed about not seeing Bourton on the water, but would have liked longer in Cirencester.. Difficult balance with where to visit. Long day with Broadway/ train trip etc.. - maybe could have omitted one of the visits...

Excellent holiday good company first class
Excellent holiday good company good driver enjoyed it very much. The hotel was lovely bedrooms etc no problems at all. Bletchley park and memorial arboretum were well worth the visits

The driver was very good & very kind…
The driver was very good & very kind when my husband fell. The hotel was ok but first night no hot water couldn’t get the TV to work , not that important but do like to watch the news. The food was awful , & where the hotel was positioned we couldn’t go anywhere else.

Jersey Holiday
First-class service from being collected at home and being met on return and driven home again. Lovely hotel in beautiful gardens, excellent meals and attentive staff. Jersey was a super choice and my friend and I had a fabulous holiday.

We went with you for the first time…
We went with you for the first time 29th July to Holiday inn Newport for the Wye Valley the pick up from home was good, the trips out were very good. The food at the hotel was disgusting served canteen style with very little choice, no entertainment and stuck in the middle of nowhere. Porterage at the hotel was absent having to lug our cases upstairs. Possibly first and last time.

We had a lovely holiday
We had a lovely holiday, everything went first class from being picked up by taxi, bus driver on coach very helpful and seating very comfortable. Hotel was excellent, meals very good and staff helpful and very pleasant. Our excursions to Bletchley Park and the Arboretum were again first class. A short break to remember. Thank you.

All the travel arrangements were excellent including the home pick up. Coach driver was considerate to those with limited mobility. Hotel was clean. Lovely big room and own balcony. Excursions well planned. Chavenage House was pleasantly surprising. Excellent choice of food at each meal. There was nothing I could fault.

The home pick up made the journey easier, the driver was excellent. Hotel was very good as was the guide which took us round the cotswolds. Enjoyed the trips as well.

It was supposed to be a palmer luxury…
It was supposed to be a palmer luxury coach which it wasn't. Too long 5 hours at the Bridgewater gardens rushed back to hotel. Hotel was awful. In middle of nowhere. Food was disgusting complained to chef. Noisy hotel. Wedding taking place kids running around. Arguements about how long we were spending in Southport. Driver saying not much to do anyway. To be honest it was far too expensive for the service we got. I had recently been with caledonian for £70 and had great hotel with entertainment and great hotel central to walk about. I was so disappointed and wouldn't book again with Palmers. Everyone was of the same opinion. Really would like a refund! We booked this for my husbands birthday so not a good experience!

Worst trip I've ever done. The coach was not a luxury coach as advertised. No leg room at all even for someone who is only 5ft2inches. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never again.
