Exceptional service. We received a professional and thorough service would highly reccomend.

If only more companies were as good as Neater Heat. Service booking was very efficient and provided within a few days. Service on the day was very friendly and totally professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this first class company for boiler servicing or repair.

A massive thank you to Lee, Jaimie and Luke for the excellent installation of our new boiler. Jaime and Luke worked like Trojans completing the installation in a day and a half. They ensured we had heating after the first day to prevent our little one (and us) from having a chilly night.

Each morning we received a text message with their ETA which was precise. (Not like other tradesmen who don't turn up when they say they will). They were very tidy, professional, knowledgeable and complimentary of each other.

Extremely friendly, top notch people who were brilliant with our toddler when he wanted to show them his toys when they first arrived. They were also very understanding and friendly towards our springer who greeted them at every opportunity and also presented them with toys.

We have been a customer of Neater Heat for over a year now and our experience is great. From the first call to book a service, through to the service itself and a follow-up to ensure we were happy, this company was exceptional. Excellent and knowledgeable engineers - for today's service, Desmond was polite, efficient and a very tidy worker. You couldn't ask for more and the cost is most definitely value for money.

Received excellent service. Desmond, was friendly and professional. He advised of ETA and arrived promptly. Carried out a thorough service and advised that all was working well which was very reassuring. Would highly recommend Neater Heat.

I have used Neater Heat twice and both times Danny has come out to service our air sources heat pump and then do some work to get the system up to scratch for a maintenance contract. Both times he was just incredible both in terms of knowledge and worth ethic. Highly recommended.

Our external condensate pipe from our boiler had been regularly freezing in the recent arctic weather. Jamie rerouted it internally to the washing machine outlet. Problem solved, very neat and tidy work, and he made sure we were entirely happy with it. We have used Neater Heat before and will continue to do so, recommend them highly.

I am afraid you were misinformed about the sequence of events. Here is what happened

1. I called your office at 11.58 am on Monday 19th December 2022. My boiler stopped working.
2. Danny arrived at 5pm as an emergency call out.
3. Danny was unable to identify the problem.
4. Danny left at 7pm after the emergency call out and was going to talk to Vaillant and phone me the following day with a solution.
5. I did not hear from Danny or a member of your staff with an update.
6. I phoned your office at 3.40pm onTuesday 20th December and left a message on your answerphone to get an update. Your receptionist/secretary returned my call eventually, but no solution from you to get the boiler working.
7.As you stated, it was busy time and late in the day without a satisfactory outcome. Out of desperation and close to Chistmas, I contacted Vaillant directly to provide a solution as I needed the boiler working or search for emergency heating.

On this occasion your company failed for the following reasons:
1. The problem was not solved by your company and no phone call from Danny or your office in time for me to make alternative arrangements.
2. Your company diagnoses of the problem was inadequate and did not solve the problem.
3. Vaillant engineer identified and solved the problem within half an hour.
4. You ignored my urgent situation and left me without fixing the boiler.
5. Replacement motherboards were available but you are tied to specific suppliers who clearly do not hold spares in stock and hence delay in delivery. I checked on the availability of the board. Available by next day delivery.

In the circumstances, I had no choice but to take ownership of the problem and arranged for Vailant engineer to solve the problem. Your company chose not to take ownership of the problem.

Whilst I recognise that it was busy time for you, it was equally important for me to have some heating solution. I employ your services not to be left without heating. Furthermore, there was no follow up from your company.

Professional, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable !
I had an ignition problem with my boiler.
Neater Heat have extended their working hours during the busy winter months so gave me an appointment that evening.
Danny diagnosed the problem quickly and spent time checking that the system was working problem. He offered great advice on how to keep the boiler working efficiently.
I have used Neater Heat now for boiler services and repairs and would definitely recommend them. All of the engineers are polite, punctual, helpful and knowledgeable. A very professional local company.

I rang Neater Heat a week ago for a quote. They confirmed by email and a date was arranged over the telephone with lovely staff who made the process very easy.
Ashley arrived within the given time, within a week of by initial enquiry. He couldn't have done more for us. Well presented, clean, clearly spoken and got on with the job in hand and explained everything he had done before leaving,

A Quick response, Polite and professional, Engineers, a company i would certainly recommend,

Booked Neater Heat to service our Gazco gas fire.
Young guy came to do the service, unfortunately I never asked his name. Very impressed with him. He read the manual then checked the gas supply. He had the fire in what seemed a hundred pieces, cleaned every one then reassembled the fire, then checked everything was working ok, which it was. He was here just over 2 hours, very polite, quite happy to answer any questions that I asked. The company kept me informed throughout as to when they would be arriving.

I had my boiler serviced and Danny was on time and extremely helpful and polite. He tested my gas meter and saw it was dropping too quickly. Turns out my kitchen fitters had been lazy and gas was leaking from my cooker (small amount). I am so grateful he found it and was able to sort it out there and then without fuss. I like that the company does local work and is not all about just getting it done. I hope to get a service contract with them and I am grateful for their help and the fact they are so reliable as I have been let down in the past. Would recommend 100%.

Absolutely first class service from a friendly gentleman. Well recommended

Came when they said they would to estimate which then came the same day.
Once accepted gave us a date to supply and fit the boiler.
Very very efficient and tidy didn’t send invoice until they had left it working for several days then spoke to us to check we as landlords and our tenants were happy with everything.

Best firm we have ever used

I had an emergency job that needed doing that day…spoke someone a Neater ahead and they had a nice young man come over that afternoon. Brilliant service. Will use them again.

I had my boiler replaced a few weeks ago. The service from the point of quotation to installation was first class. I could not recommend this firm more. Everyone in the team I dealt with was simply amazing.
