I left a one star review 2 days ago due to not being able to cancel : dresses that were 6 weeks overdue. They have rectified this with allowing me to cancel and a full refund. Fair is fair. Their customer service is fast and very nice. It was a little painful re shipping and trying to cancel but all up I’m happy now. I’ll be wearing my jumpsuit that did arrive with pleasure. Thank you.

Customer service is excellent! I emailed when my rewards discount wasn’t automatically applied at checkout and the team sorted super quickly.
They even emailed later to check everything was sorted and that I was happy.

I absolutely love the dress and jumpsuit i bought, both are beautiful quality. I had so maybe amazing compliments about the jumpsuit when I wore it.
I had an issue with the jumpsuit which I reported and Alex has immediately resolved this. Fantastic customer service!

The quality of fabrics, elegance beautiful design. When I look through Nadine Merabis website each item whether it’s a dress or a jumpsuit is wonderful and desirable. This is very rare to love almost every item in the shop! My first order 5 items in size 8 were perfect around the waist and hips but could not zip them up all the way to the top so had to exchange all bar one Laura dress in white. The help I received from Alex was amazing. The return procedure was slightly complicated but he helped me out very kindly with quick responses. I already received one dress Safron in size S/M on the same day I was returning the other things. Yes the clothes are slightly pricey but they definitely worth especially for big occasions like wedding and hen parties! Highly recommend and definitely will purchase more in the future.

I ordered 3 dresses which arrived quickly which was great, however the process of getting a refund is time consuming it’s very long. I’ve never had this wait before as they’re normally pretty good.
Customer services reply quickly which is great, but they need to speed refunds up, as it puts you off ordering in the future

Since silver is the color for 25th year wedding anniversaries, I thought it appropriate to wear silver. When my friend Dr. Jane Woo told me that I must wear Merabi, I understood what she meant after I visited your website for the first time! OMG, your dresses are truly fabulous! I went with your Lucia Silver dress and I was the talk of the party! Wearing your dress just made me feel so very special!

Every piece I’ve bought is beautifully made, I unfortunately ordered wrong size and had to return but the customer service is exceptional, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently with great communication. Will definitely buy again they really are unique.
