My son in law recommended London Diamonds to me because he found their service to be outstanding. I could not agree more. I asked James to design a bespoke diamond necklace for me. The necklace arrived a few weeks later and it was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would like to thank James and the team at London Diamonds for such a seamless and easy purchase of a very beautiful gift for my daughter. I had been looking for an eternity ring for a while and my daughter’s new husband had used London Diamond for both her engagement and wedding rings which are magnificent. I got in contact with LD and got talking to James about the ring I liked and could they add more diamonds to it.
There was no pushing when I didn’t get back to them for a few months, and ones I decided I would use their services it was so professional and easy. James was very quick to reply and sent over designs so I could see what my ring would would look like.
When my ring arrived it was so much better than I expected the diamonds are so bright and the ring fits perfectly with my other rings.
Will not hesitate to use them again for other pieces of jewellery.

I recently received my bespoke ring and it is perfect in every single way. The team at London Diamonds Official are amazing at what they do, they made the process so easy and I felt confident in trusting them to create the ring that I had dreamed of. Purchased my wife’s engagement ring from these guys in 2021, cannot fault their customer service. They were honest and upfront with me through the whole process, no upselling or sales tactics to encourage me to spend more, I received quality advice through the process so I felt comfortable and informed.

In 2023, having had such a positive experience buying the engagement ring, I purchased our wedding rings from LD. We were invited down to try on a number of styles and sizes. Again, at no point were we pressured into buying, we were given ample time to ask all our questions and feel confident in our decision. The rings were received promptly and well within the time frame given.

In 2024, we posted our rings back for a clean/resize prior to the wedding, this is a complementary service they offer and is something we hope to take advantage of again in the future. They keep you up to date with the progress and post the rings back fully insured, accurately sized and very shiny!

Unfortunately, last week one of the diamonds from my wife’s wedding band was lost. A quick message to James and his team about the situation and a matter of days later the ring is back on its way to London for a complementary repair.

I cannot fault these guys, you can tell those that run it actually care about the service they provide and have an interest in the company, they don’t play games and aren’t ‘salesy’, but genuinely go out of their way to help. Could not recommend them more!

I very recently purchased a bespoke engagement ring for my now Fiancé (sounds tremendous saying that). The whole process from initial enquiry to the delivery was absolutely incredible. I had the pleasure of dealing with James and from my first contact I knew I had made the right choice. Nothing was too much to ask. He was on hand to give advice and personally dealt with the transaction from start to finish. The ring was delivered on time as promised and in very discreet packaging.

The ring itself is stunning. My fiancé and I both are absolutely blown away by it and anyone who has seen it has been so complimentary.

It's really clear that regardless of how much someone spends with LD they are guaranteed first class service. From enquiry, to build, to final checks, to delivery, it just really cannot be beaten, and I can't thank them enough.

I recently damaged my ring moving furniture about and lost a couple small diamonds, they happily fixed it, replaced any missing diamonds and gave it a good clean and polish, I feel like I have a brand new ring again!
