Fun and friendly Group Fitness Classes based at Mappleborough Green Village Hall, in between Redditch and Studley. Established since 2004, Michelle Waldron is dedicated to providing all inclusive fitness classes that become addictive. All classes are music lead with the emphasis on taking the workout at your own pace. Beginners are always welcome and all equipment is provided. The classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis or via monthly unlimited membership. Popular classes include Weights for Women, Pilates, Kettlebells, Over 50's Fitness, Body Blitz and Legs, Bums & Tums

I love these sessions with Michelle, she really knows what she's doing offering various levels of the movements so you get out of it what you put in.

I drove past the hall where Michelle does her classes many times before daring to go in! That was 3 years ago and I’m so glad I eventually did it. I started with Pilates and after gaining in confidence and fitness I joined other classes including women’s weights. All Michelle’s classes are for any age and ability and she encourages you to go at your own pace and progress aa you feel able to. The music is also great.(I just hope no one can hear me sing along sometimes!)

I have been going to Michelle's classes for nearly 4 years now, I started going when I retired and am coming up to 70 now, I absolutely love the classes and look forward to them every week, i do morning classes as they suit me better and do 3 classes a week, Michelle is a brilliant fitness instructor and is also very friendly and bubbly, the play lists that she puts together are great, and she changes them so that you don't have the same all the time.
I have met lots of lovely friends at the classes.

I joined Michelle’s classes about 6 weeks ago and I’m absolutely loving each one. Michelle is very professional, bubbly and enthusiastic. I felt welcomed and encouraged right from the start. I’d never tried doing Pilates before, but Michelle explains each move or exercise for all levels of skill, so anyone can give it a try. I also love the fun Over 50s Keep Fit classes and have just started Legs, Bums and Tums classes (all have great soundtracks). There are many different classes to choose from, both in the daytime and evenings. Monthly membership is well worth joining, making the classes incredibly good value for money.

I can thoroughly recommend Michelle's classes. I have been a member for several years and love the range and variety of exercises on offer and the inspirational soundtracks that she uses. The classes are friendly and non-competitive and suitable for a wide range of abilities and ages. Michelle is encouraging, motivating and friendly and I cannot rate her highly enough.

Michelle is an enthusiastic and energetic teacher. I love her Fitness for the over 50s.
Michelle always gives you 3 levels of the exercise so it is tailored to your abilities.At 76 and with 2 new knees,she has improved my strength,balance and speed. The balance of weights ,movement and dance is great.I just love the different eras of music and the routines she devises. Michelle makes fitness fun and I feel great after my session

I have been going to Michelle’s classes for 9 months now and from the outset it was a welcoming and supportive environment. Michelle’s boundless energy is infectious and she always gives options from beginner to advanced whilst encouraging us to ‘push’ ourselves. I’m enjoying exercise in a way I haven’t in decades!!!

There hasn’t been a class I haven’t enjoyed, from Pilates to ‘weights for women’ Michelle keeps the class interesting with playlists and energy for all. The exercises are differentiated to suit your fitness level- no judgement here!

Absolutely 100% Michelle is a top lady on fitness. I have been going to her classes for nearly 18/20 years and I can honestly say, I would Not go anywhere else. Her classes are so mixed. The music is fantastic and she is as motivating as the music makes you. Michelle varies her classes regularly so we Never Ever get bored. I so love her classes. I will never give up until i can't not physically do them. You will never regret going the Keep Fit With Michelle we have so much fun and you make so many friends there too. Such a lovely group of ladies and men. Keep it up Michelle, we love you 💙🩵💙🩵💙🩵💙🩵

I joined Keep fit with Michelle in 2023 and I cannot recommend theses classes enough!!
Michelle is a very dedicated and professional instructor, with a fabulous sense of humour, she is always working hard to keep her classes up to date and fresh and puts alot of hard work into the music/routines, which means they are very enjoyable and go very quickly...
I feel so much better for going to these classes, they are also great for positive energy and mindset and I have met some very supportive friends along the way!!
If you want to put a,spring back into your step and feel fabulous, you will definitely feel this after going to these classes!! ☺️

I have been attending Michelle’s classes at Keep Fit with Michelle for nearly 3 years now. A great find after moving to the area only a short time before and I’ve never looked back.
I love the variety of classes & the great choice of music that accompany them. They really give you that feel good factor. Even on a bad day, you walk out feeling good and smiling.
The whole atmosphere, the people, it’s always so friendly and welcoming.
I had a period of time when I suffered with a really bad back but with Michelle’s encouragement I still came to classes but always given the opportunity to do them at my own pace. That’s what’s so great about these classes, no pressure, you do what suits you best at a comfortable speed for you.
I would not hesitate to recommend these classes, you’re getting fitter & stronger whilst enjoying yourself!

I joined Michelle’s classes just before COVID hit just over 5 years ago for 2 reasons, one because I was new to Redditch and two because I wanted to improve my fitness. I’ve always kept fit and mainly used running as my go to but knew as I was getting older that I needed to do a mixture of exercises including weights, cardio and strength.
Michelle’s classes offer all of these options and there is definitely no pressure to keep up with others in the class, her message at the start of any class is ‘you do you’ which really helps.
I took a short break from classes as I lost my dad in May this year. It’s been really tough for me however, once I decided to return to classes, Michelle welcomed me back with open arms and encouraged me to go at my own pace with no pressure. I needed to go back for my own mental and physical wellbeing and I definitely don’t regret it. It was so nice to see so many familiar faces and it was like I’d never been away. Theres a real community feel and I have made so many friends. Going to classes releases my happy endorphins from both a physical and social perspective.
Great classes, great atmosphere, great music, great venue with the icing on the cake being the teacher herself - inspiring, enthusiastic, funny and supportive to all. So, why not give it a go - I don’t think you’ll regret it!! Thank you Michelle 🥰 Amanda W P

I have been attending Michelle’s classes for over 13 years now 🤩
To start with I only did her Pilates class once a week, as I was advised to try Pilates to help with my rehab following major abdominal surgery. Michelle was very welcoming (I was very nervous turning up for my first class), she put me at ease and explained how I could modify some of the moves initially whilst I was recovering. I absolutely loved the Pilates class!
Once I felt a bit stronger, after a few months I started to try some of her other classes too, and I very quickly became hooked!
In recent years I have got more into running and I now have to spend a lot of time training for ultra-marathons. However I have continued to attend Michelle’s classes as they are excellent for helping with my all-round fitness and mobility in conjunction with my running. I currently do Pilates with her 3 times a week plus her Weights for Women class and Body Blitz, but in the past (before my running training intensified) I did every class on her timetable!
Michelle’s classes are not only a staple for my overall fitness, but also socially too. I have made some really special friends at her classes and I love seeing them for a catch up natter before and after class 🥰
The classes themselves are always good fun, with great music and varied routines. Michelle always welcomes new people and gives modifications/different levels for each exercise to suit both beginners and those with more advanced fitness.
Michelle’s classes are an essential part of my life and I wouldn’t be without them!

I started with Michelle about 20 months ago, but had a bad fall last year. I have since been back about a year and can't believe that because of Michelle's lovely encouraging personality backed by brilliant music I have progressed so far. The group is varying in age and all the exercises are geared for whatever ability you have. I had to have a small step when I started because I could not get up off the ground! I can now get up and down with ease. The classes are excellent for my Spina Bifida back and have no pain now.

I’ve been doing Michelle’s classes for a little over 6 months and I absolutely love them!
I’d heard of the benefits of using weights but I didn’t want to go to a gym so Michelle’s classes are perfect for me. I feel so much fitter and I am definitely more toned which makes me feel better.
Michelle is incredibly enthusiastic and supportive to everyone at class and she shows you modifications to all exercises so everyone can take the class at their own pace.

Michelle’s classes are excellent I enjoy the weights for woman, Pilates and the legs, bums & tums. All the classes are tailored to suit the needs of all the class members as there are options for more challenges for those that want them. I myself had a shoulder injury and with my physio’s advice and Michelle’s help I have successfully recovered and regained the strength in my body again. All the classes attendees are so welcoming and friendly too, it’s a very positive, supportive and inspiring group of like minded people who enjoy working out for themselves.

I can’t recommend Michelle highly enough, I have been going to a mix of classes for over a year now. I feel fitter and stronger than ever. I have a back problem and was extremely anxious about hurting myself or not pushing myself enough, and Michelle has guided me through all my anxieties. Where life was pain everyday, with these classes I am now pain free and getting stronger with each class. She is hugely knowledgable and really pushes you to work hard and supports you in reaching your goals, the difference over just a few weeks was massively noticeable. Her range of workouts are always varied, with great music too. I’ve had a fantastic experience and continue to enjoy the classes, made some great friends along the way too.
