Disappointed but renewed!
Package was very late so was it was not here for Christmas as promised. Howevever, I gave you an average rating since your customer service rep, Jane, did an excellent job of handling the situation best she could by investigating and reporting the where the problem occurred and communicating back.

Condition of package
My order came in two packages: a box and a plastic bag. The plastic bag was mangled and had extra shipping tape on it. Upon receiving the delivery, the delivery guy asked my husband to open the package to make sure contents weren't damaged. Contents were okay, but they were part of my husband's Christmas gift. All your shipments need to be boxed for safety to contents. I was not happy about this at all.

You can go wrong with islandsurf. They had the patagonia hat i was looking for, wich was sold everywhere ealse. Checkout was easy and fast. Plus i paid less than i would of at other places. Definitely shopping with then again.

Package and Product never was delivered
Ordered some flip flops for a gift for Xmas and never received package had to reorder and get after Christmas. No discount or anything given for their error. Doesn't seem like they're much into the customer service thing. Won't be ordering from this company again. I will also be sending this experience out to about 10 million followers via social media via California.

The shipment was placed with the carrier USPS and, unfortunately, after a day of movement, did not appear to be making progress in the delivery tracking system.
Upon notice that your shipment was not making progress, our agents input a replacement to ship right away, at no additional cost to you. That shipment was entered with an Expedited shipping request, also at no additional cost to you, and the current status of that delivery indicates the order will be delivered on 24 December. If you no longer wish to receive the ordered item, please contact Customer Care and we will be glad to assist you with returning the product.

Goofed But Made Good
My first order with this company they sent me the wrong color. But, I returned the shoes with no charge and there was no problem. They do have a nice selection of merchandise.
