They are pushing known antivaxxers at a time when we have a TUBERCULOSIS outbreak in a state where the same have influenced policy to reduce government health agency's ability to address such pandemics. I received an actual email in this regard today from them.

This Institute just went out of business...after 17 years!! Do not part with any money, even if the site looks legit....what a shame

I completed the Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach course and genuinely feel equipped for the job.
Great experience, fantastic course with an effective structure. A huge amount of support, all you need is motivation.

I can thoroughly say that I absolutely loved the nutrition life coach course which kept me preoccupied during Covid. The course material is very interesting, informative, interactive and a positive challenge. The tutors were always on hand if I had any queries and they were always positive and encouraging which is paramount when you’re a mature student going back to study after a hiatus. The database, Moodle that we use for elearning is very easy to navigate and is user friendly. I loved NLC so much that I am enrolled for next 2.5 years on the Nutritional Therapy course.

I still can't believe how much I enjoyed taking part in the Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Diploma. The structure, content, assessments, and webinars were so user friendly and informative. All the lecturers are highly competent and friendly. I would strongly recommend the IHS for anyone pursuing a career in Health, Wellness & Nutrition.

I studied my Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching with IHS and it's been an amazing journey. I learnt so much and in a format that works well for me. Studying at my own pace with regular support has been great. So much so I am now studying 2 further courses with them! Highly recommend, this has changed my life for the better.

I recently completed Diploma in nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I very much enjoyed the course and my time with IHS. The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The course was tough but very enjoyable and I have learned a lot. My personal tutor Cristina Borrero was absolutely amazing! Her support and guidance made all the difference. I would like to thank her wholeheartedly.

I studied at the Institute of Health Science for my NLC qualification. I cannot recommend this institute enough for the professionalism, continuing support from tutors and great knowledge that was shared. I have successfully graduated and just received my certificate. It has been a great honour to study with them. I am so excited to embark a new journey as NLC. Thank you IHS.

The Institute of Health Sciences exceeded my expectations. The course material, the unit format, how they test students, the support forums, all of the unit leaders, my personal tutor, every aspect of the course made the whole learning experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to learn more about nutrition and lifestyle, whatever the reason!

Great course content, very supportive trainers / course leaders. I loved my learning experience at the Institute of Health Sciences and will study with them again.

After 3,5 years of studying with IHS, I hope to be graduating soon and jumping into a new chapter of my life.
These years were I have to say not easy but I learned so much! The material is great, making you work at your own pace. The forum is nice to ask questions and interact with other students. The webinars are a nice way to review the material and ans questions.
The mentors were available when needed and even if it was all online for my part, I liked working with my fellow students.

I absolutely recommend to study with IHS. I Have completed a few courses with them, their Health and Wellness Coaching program and Stress Management. I have gain so much knowledge and I apply it to my Acupuncture practice on a daily basis. If you are looking to pursue a new career, or up skill within the wellness world, the IHS has so many amazing courses!!

I am so happy I took the step to do the course with IHS, I was very unsure how to fit it in, but honestly it’s so interesting that spending your evenings attending the course or reading is a lot of fun! I studied the coaching and stress management as well.

The way of teaching was fantastic, interactive and fun. Totally out if my comfort zone but that’s where you grow and gain self esteem! So I felt like after the course I was ready to work with actual clients, not just read and write but you work with people from both coaching side and the client side.

Fast responses, upbeat people, real experiences and worth every penny.

It has been so useful and opened so many opportunities, and not only that,it’s been amazing for my own personal growth.

I work on projects in regards to health and burn-out, and everyday I wake up excited to get cracking and have total flexibility with my work schedule.

I can not recommend the school more and if you are already thinking about it, I am telling you, you will not regret it.

I personally have found IHS a brilliant collage to study with right from the start! I am not someone who writes reviews or post things on social media I known some people do, and if they enjoy it they should keep doing it but it's just not me.

The reason I mentioned this is because I wouldn't be writing this review if I did not find them great, and I really felt that I had such a great experience that I really wanted to let others know, and that's when I came across this place to write a review. I had done other nutrition certification courses and while I got a bit of nutrition knowledge I did not gain enough knowledge and was not qualified enough to work with some type of clients.

Then I found IHS and there Nutritional Therapy course, and was delighted to not only find that this would give me the knowledge I was looking for, but also give me the qualifications to work with all types of clients.

Right from the start I found them so helpful and friendly. When I realised that I would need a laptop/computer to do the course. I emailed them thanking them for the opportunity but that I would not be able to do the course as I did not know how to use a laptop or computer ( all my other courses I had done on my phone) most places would just email you back and say that's fine. But IHS actually took the time to call me and told me not to panic and if I still wanted to do the course that I would have a tutor who would be there to help me on anything I had problems with ever step of the way.

I had never even switched on a laptop before but after that call I fell confident that I could learn known I would have support, and true to their word I had support every step of the way and anything I was having problems with my tutor worked with me until I understood it.

I have just finished my first year which was a nutrition and lifestyle course which is part of your studies if you are doing Nutritional Therapy and I went from not known how to switch on a laptop to submitting word documents, excel spreadsheets, PDFs by the end of my first year and all because of the great help I got from my tutor and the college.

I have honestly found them so approachable, so helpful and supportive right from the start and still do! I found the unit leaders also so knowledgeable and friendly so and also so engaging during the webinars they would really make you feel comfortable if you were asking questions and always so helpful if you did. You get each unit exam results ruffley 2 weeks after submission date, sometimes it maybe a week longer if you submitted a lot in your exam as it would obviously take longer to correct this, but your tutor will always let you know if this will be the case.

My first year covered so much great material. I truly wish I had found them years ago before I done my other studies as I feel like they were wasted years of study now. All in all I have honestly and truly found this a great college to study with all the support you will ever need and I am really looking forward to the start of my second year in a few weeks time.

Coaching course
The course itself was mediocre but certainly not worth the price.
Feedback and information was not clear. Marking of case studies and certification took months. Your qualification once achieved only lasts 2 years and then you have to show what CPD you have and pay for another certificate.
Customer service was really bad and once you finished the course communication ceased.
Advice - seek out another teaching provider for your coaching qualification
