The working culture is positive and I have improved my skills through this HR internship.

Working at GAO Tek Inc. as an HR professional has been a positive and enriching experience. The company offers a supportive work environment, encourages continuous learning, and provides valuable exposure to global HR practices. It’s an excellent place for building skills, especially for those starting their careers or looking to grow in a dynamic, tech-driven organization.

I recently completed a 3-month internship as an HR Recruiter, where I gained hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. This internship helped me improve my communication skills, understand recruitment processes, and develop a professional work approach. It was a valuable learning experience that strengthened my interest in the HR field.

It was great working at GAOTek.
I got to learn all the knowledge of HR. It was very flexible and got real knowledge of HR practices.

I started my internship in January 6, I experience alot during my internship as hr , and Gaotek increased my experience I'm leadership skills. I strongly recommend that gaotek should adopt hr training program, this will cover some hr aspects that were not covered during daily work

My experience here was good but management should give interns some personal space

The hiring process is very weak hr interns are desperate for joining anyone so it's not correct

GAO Tek offers a flexible remote work environment and a good opportunity to gain international exposure. As a Fresher, Students generally don't have any idea on how to proceed with the next step and we know how competitive is our Job market today in India. But What impressed me here at Gaotek was ,it believes in the success and growth of the students(when students don't trust themselves).

The "past ME" would not have believed this or even I have no idea about how well I've improved myself on so many facets; my communication,confidence boosted in these last 4 months I've worked here.
