Brilliant job, from quote to fitting we were so impressed with the service and quality. The office staff and fitters were so polite and courteous. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Dani was exceptional—professional, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. The fitters did an outstanding job, working efficiently and to a very high standard. The quality of service was fantastic, the price was fair, and the timescale from quote to completion was impressively quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them.

Dani at Floor Club provided our carpet for our new home. She visited, measured up and gave excellent advice on what we required, the quote was a very competitive one and the best value without comprising on quality and choice.

Aaron and his team of fitters were super professional, always friendly, clean and kept us up to speed regarding the progress of their work. They went above and beyond were extremely helpful and cleaned up as they went. Out of all of the carpet fitters we have experienced Aaron and his team are head and shoulders above the rest. We are delighted with our new carpets and the final results have actually exceeded our expectations on all levels and all of the above at a very competitive price.

Really appreciated the professionalism and expertise of all at the Floor Club from Dani leaving luxury vinyl samples to suggestions on how to tuck our piano out of the way. The fitters were very helpful, making sure new metal strips were fitted at junctions to other rooms. The overall look and feel of our floor is now excellent.

We have had several carpets supplied and fitted by floor club and have found the products, service and fitting to be top notch. We have been doing our upstairs room by room, rather than all in one go, which probably made us it great clients, but we were so well looked after. Dani came and measures a the rooms, left us with samples and we just let her know when we were ready to carpet each room. We had a variety of carpets and they were sometimes able to fit us in very quickly. The fitters were prompt and tidy with attention to detail. I'd highly recommend

We had been looking at wooden flooring providers for a while and were unable find a supplier that we were comfortable with until we contacted Floor Club. I don't say this lightly, their service was impeccable, always extremely polite and approachable and always happy to go the extra mile to help us with our queries and numerous questions.

Very pleased with the product and installation of Moduleo Roots classic oak floor. Very professional company to deal with, helpful throughout the entire project keeping us informed at all stages.

Couldn't ask for better. Popped around, had a look and explained what flooring would work best, provided samples. Cost included leveling the floor. Great price and excellent service through and through. Recommend highly!

I found Floor Club an excellent company to deal with from the sales man, those in the office and the fitters who come to do the work. The office kept us informed time of arrival of the fitters. All very very helpful and guided us on installation and care of the flooring.
