We had an engineer arrive to de-fit and refit into another vehicle. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I noticed on our tracking system that the tracker was not working so I asked the engineer to have another look, he went and fixed it with no issues! 5 star service.

We have used Fleetsmart for around 10 years and always had good service. We recently had issues with a couple of the trackers. The engineers sorted direct with the lads, and went out to site to fix. We had a couple of weeks without trackers on the vans which was not ideal, but overall the process was good and they are both sorted now.

I was really pleased with their booking process. They responded very quickly to my request, and the engineer who installed a tracker, completed his task without interruption and in a short time.

The planning and implementation of this system was performed without any issues or delays.

The functonality of the system and customer service is excellent. The camera views are very clear and the online portal is easy to naviagte and provides the ability to review and playback events by date/time/truck/etc. (also viewable on your mobile)

We are already benefiting from this system with a reduction in incidents and with more real time information available we can see first hand the root cause of any workplace incidents involving our forklift trucks.

The engineer was punctual and handled our installation efficiently, despite some complexities. Fleetsmart has been beneficial for our business and has helped with insurance costs. However, during one appointment, the engineer’s absence required a reschedule, which was communicated promptly. Overall, a reliable service, though with minor hiccups.
