Superb all round!
Superb customer service, from our initial enquiry email to the day of installation and after Fleetsmart were excellent. Their system is also easy and simple to use and is up and running in no time. If you are thinking of a GPS Tracker solution for your fleet, make sure you consider Fleetsmart!

Excellent customer service and easy to use system.
From the very beginning the customer service was brilliant, they set up a web demo and phone call for them to show me the system. No pressure to purchase at all.
The installation of the trackers was easy to organise and was done with minimum disruption to our engineers and lorry drivers.
What I like about the system itself is that is it a simple tracker system but with added depth. The information is there if you want to pull reports and various information but for the general view of where vehicles are it is clear and concise.
The after sales service is very good, with a web chat link on the tracker page itself. It's normally Gary who answers the web chat and he is always really helpful.
We are really happy with the product and the service we receive.

Everyone we are in contact with at Fleetsmart are so helpful and are quick to deal with any questions we have. The technology is great, online portal is easy to use and the reporting is very useful. Great work!

We had scorpion trackers before which told us our vans were all over the country! We only work in the Oxon area!!

Great system
Great system - provides detailed information for all vehicles under our management. Fleetsmart are easy to deal with.
They provided the trackers in less than 24 hours from order, the system is easy to install and works immediately.

Best tracker company ever
Absolutley love our company tracker system, we have 6 trackers in our company vehicles and I'm considering having one in my personal car.
I love how it shows you excessive speeding and cornering it helps to know where the vans are at all times and that times are being adhered to in customers premises.
Used other trackers systems before wouldn't change from fleetsmart now.
And efficient at putting new trackers in and deinstalling ones from old vans won't beat the prices either

Great system that helps me…
Great system that helps me cost-effectively track my fleet of 3 vans. Also monitors drivers in terms of speed and quality of driving. Plus run by very nice people who looked after us during COVID crisis. Highly recommended.
