The consultant missguided us. And then I reapply, he didn't even accept his mistake and blaming us.
Firstly my visa got rejected on shortfall of 107 pounds. I have sent him my bank details including my bank statement but he didn't even check it.
Being a consultant it's his responsibility to check each and every documents. If I knew everything why would I hire a consultant.
He is rude don't have basic manners.

There were no proper responses, most of the time I was not getting any help from the them, the only time they were genuinely of good help was while applying for my visa which is just a form filling, other than that, for all the other things, I had to do it myself
