Terrible customer service, would not respond to emails (which is their only way of contact), over 8 days after guaranteed delivery, I have not received anything. Don’t trust them.

Excellent quality (and design) of wooden box that products come in. The cotton pads are soft and gentle towards your skin and keep their quality through wash. I would definitely recommend this product to other people! A great addition - both practical and interior-wise - to my bathroom.

The customer service at this company is amazing. After a terrible mix-up with the Royal Mail, Billy was nothing but kind of supportive with the problem. My product has finally arrived and I can't wait to use it! Will for sure be using this company again!
