Today we had our initial appointment with ECL and the lovely Linda & Louise came to meet with us. They were fantastic with my son and very reassuring. The process was explained very well and they both were very positive in their manner. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you ladies!

Linda and Louise, the Inclusive Employment screening officers, visited my son and I at home following my request for help to find supported employment for my autistic son.
He was very nervous initially as meeting new people is not his strong point. However, these lovely ladies were delightful and so friendly that we both felt very comfortable and reassured.
They were both professional yet understanding and left us with hope for the future.

We were looking for a day care centre for my mum who has Alzeihmers and came across ECL Jessop Court. Mum went for a taster session and enjoyed it so has been going for one day for a number of weeks now. The group is small and has fantastic staff all round who are professional , passionate and caring. Mum thoroughly enjoys herself while there as they do various activities throughout the day which helps keep the clients stimulated. I know while she is there she is safe and well cared for . Would highly recommend.

Sam, is always very helpful and supportive towards me and helps me in my very stressful and very difficult circumstances.

ECL Ashleigh Centre

I have been attending ecl Ashleigh Centre for about 30yrs and I love going there.

I think all of the people that take care of me there, know me well and understand me.

The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I enjoy the activities that I do there, like playing snooker, puzzles on the computer, making a nice cup of coffee and going for walks.

I can move around easily inside the building and am able to join in activities with others or quiet time if I want to.

I never want stop going to Ashleigh Centre 😀

ECL have been fantastic in caring for my mum during the day. The staff are kind, attentive, and always ensure she is well looked after. She loves going and always comes home happy, which gives me so much peace of mind. They also take her on outings and share photos with me through their app, which is a wonderful way to stay connected. Knowing she is in such safe and caring hands has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m so grateful for their support and highly recommend ECL to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their loved ones

I like to thank the people finding me a job they are amazing people and the staff are brilliant. And ecl are fantastic and I made loads of best friends there and we are family.

ECL cared for my mum after she was discharged from hospital.

The carers were reliable, hardworking and compassionate. Also really cheerful and friendly. Our experience was with a well-run company.

I only wish I could hire them privately.

Jack Saveall ( Inclusive Employment Consultant ) has been incredibly helpful and is very supportive with my Business Apprentice. Whenever i have needed Jack, he always been there, I couldn't recommended him enough!

Extremely professional and friendly service from Caroline Giess (Senior Inclusive Employment Consultant) and Stuart Braybrooke (Inclusive Employment Job Broker). They and their team worked tirelessly over the last year to find suitable employment for our son and gave him the confidence to undertake his first paid role. We will remain grateful for their help and support and would thoroughly recommend their services.

I have been trying to get a job for a while and struggled when working as most of my needs wasnt met and my work life declined. Since having my personal ecl worker Katie, job finding has been fun. When she comes over we just chat while looking for jobs. Now i am employed and waiting for a start date. And ecl will still contact me while working to make sure my needs are met and there are no issues. Thank you ecl for helping me find my feet when no one else would actually help. :) would recommend.
