Extra service !
Although I called to enquire about something very late at night, the person on the other side did not seem upset about it at all and answered my questions efficiently and very politely.
I received my PAC not even 30 minutes after purchase.
I would definitely recommend Easydigits if you would like your number to be a little extra !

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Recommend them to anyone. At first I was dubious to make a purchase for a number on the Internet but so glad I checked them out on Trustpilot. They were extremely polite when I phoned them for advice. This led to my order around 5 pm and somehow it was in my postbox in the morning. How can you fault that service.

Highly unprofessional and Bizarre Experience
Was interested in a custom number but found the whole experience rather bizarre. I was initially wary of doing a bank transfer to a company only just set up in February 2020 using a mailbox address in central London. In response the 'Team' offered me an email link to pay online via their website. However I somehow managed to offend the (one man) 'Team' by not completing the transaction within 5 days so the link was withdrawn! Was then told I had to pay by Bank Transfer via some rather rude emails so I decided to leave it as it all seemed rather dodgy to me!

Review flagged as malicious. Ours is a physical store in Paddington Praed street, number 79. It is not a mailbox nor a private residence - the first inaccuracy of many in this review, unfortunately.
We offered you the available options for a custom mobile number and offered you the standard payment method for these requests which is direct transfer due to the bespoke nature of the number being requested. We supported you throughout the process, answering questions and allaying your concerns by listing a bespoke number meant only for you on our website to complete purchase - this was a goodwill gesture from our behalf to support you. However, you then failed to respond to any messages or chasers asking if you are still interested or would like us to close the request. When we received no response, we closed the request and removed the number from our website. We politely explained this to you and that the number is still available for sale should you wish to still purchase it by direct bank transfer. Unfortunately you took this to be rude and unbecoming leading to this very unfair review.

All process is smooth and happy with their service
Well. To make it easy. Transaction went smooth and nice. Order processed and received my PAC code within 24 hours and SIM card arrived after 1 day.
There is a little delay in their system between placing an order and getting shop receipt, but this is just technical side.
Friendly staff reached me me via WhatsApp to confirm that order is processed and to make sure that I am happy. And yes. I am happy and will definitely use them, when they have more interesting numbers on sale.

Trustworthy and good service
I think there were some technical issues with my order that easydigits handled in a highly professional manner. I must admit that was nervous about buying a personal number but easydigits were great to deal with and I am likely to buy another number for my wife.
I would recommend and have no hesitation in the 5* rating.
