I really love this app! You can customize the level and speed of the yoga you want to practice and it is presented in a straightforward, clear and concise way. Thankfully there are no wordy explanations or annoying commentary. It just lets you do your yoga with your choice of background music and voiced instructions. Really love it!! Thank you!!

Keeps auto renewing, even though I haven't used it, and didn't get a notification of renewal (IMO that's sneaky!) I have contacted them (no answer!) Eventually I found the answer on google for myself

Only signed up for the free trial, didn't even use that as it is dull: music is annoying, instructor voices annoying, the sessions repetative and unimaginative

There is no user feedback for the routines generated so you either have to do a practise you dont want to do or you have to do the same 5 exercises....this is the same with yoga, HITT, pre-natal etc.

There is not even a count down timer during each stretch.

I love this app. Probably the only app I don't mind to pay yearly subscription. Compare to cost of real classes. I'm using this app over 3year on and off. (Doing yoga for over 15 years)
And still very happy with the choices. I like the options for length, music background and style of yoga. Very Happy!

I used this app for 3 years straight... I went to basic level to intermediate 2...

But motivation has disappeared as frustration begun to rise... I do love yoga but the major thing that I made me quit is the same positions over and over again !

I was just fed up with Warrior I, II, III with skandasana etc... No... It's impossible not to be bored by that !

I was suprised to see some very advanced position into intermediate 1 (Sériously, The stand-up split ???What the heck ?)

Same for the Yin yoga...

There is a bunch of over 8000 asanas... you should have put Mudra Yoga and Pranayama too...

I have a mixed feeling between gaving your app another chance or not to do yoga anymore...
Another point to point out, Logically in Yoga, you don't have to repeat the same position in a Row (just for the two sides is logical).

That's disappointing...

Las app que te ofrecen una suscripción gratuita y luego te ocultan una renovación automática deberían estar más controladas.
Te cobran y te envían un email diciendo que desactives, si quieres, la renovación automática el año siguiente pero viene activada en un principio y si no te das cuenta de esa opción al registrarte, estás perdido.

The App is great but service is inexistent, so if you have any issues no one will ever answer

As a complete beginner, my first yoga experience has been absolutely fantastic. The different options provide plenty of variety and the instructions help to make sure you're doing the pose correctly and how to maximise it. Great for getting a little bit of peace and head space too. Lastly, and certainly not least, the customer service is second to none (extending my thank you to Sam, at customer service). I dont often write reviews, but I couldn't not for Down Dog. Do yourself a favour and give it a try.

App changed to be less than useful the day after I renewed. Constantly defaults to chair yoga. No longer able to select yoga program; no matter what level I select it defaults to chair yoga. Menu goes no where. Not worth 60 bucks a year.

Great Customer Service

I was charged by Downdog for the upcoming year as the automated renewal was switched on. Contacted customer services to ask for a refund and I was refunded immediately! Thanks for the smooth resolution, Alexis!

Downloaded this back in 2020 during lockdown and am still using it! Doing yoga at home has definitely made me do it more often, and the app works well.

I have been enjoying Down Dog for the last 2 months, Love the options for flow, music, voice, time and speed. I've really felt my progress come on since using it. I've also felt well challenged.
Although I feel there are many more poses we could be doing. We often do the same pose twice in a 40 min class. I would love to see more variety of poses

I highly appreciate this app. It has many options for creating one's workouts. I use it on a regular basis for yoga.

Have been using this app since the lockdown in March 2020 and it has been amazing. The yoga workouts are perfect in terms of the instructor, the music and flexibility. I love the spiritual playlists and the fact that you can save the songs on Spotify. I also enjoy the HITT and Meditation app but have used these less frequently. There are slight glitches with loading time but overall it is one of the best apps out there for home yoga workouts and there is no comparison with watching tutorials on Youtube, this feels much more personal. I am an NHS key worker so managed to get it for free very kindly however am now continuing on a paid subscription because I love it.

Perhaps the only constructive feedback is if some of the selected tutorials can be downloaded offline so that workouts can be done when you don't have Wifi or want to keep your phone switched off etc.

Wow this app is awesome. Started using it when everything went pearshaped with Co-Vid19 last April. Am a complete yoga beginner so started with lowest level and then gradually progressed to next beginner level. Now in New Year am on to Intermediate. Love the fact that it is never repetitive, easily understood and great visuals. Will be renewing my membership when it runs out. Thank you Down Dog, my midriff

Brilliant app, user friendly and has kept me interested since March. I now do a yoga session at least 5 times a week and it's great to be able to see your progression and tailor each session to your needs. The customer service is also brilliant; friendly and quick to respond. I can't recommend this app highly enough.
