I am a student and decided to do some Yoga practices to calm down my mind, lower my stress and fight against my negative inner voice. I am so happy my brother told me about this app, because it helps me so much to ease my backpain, neckpain and create a safe space. I was amazed by the sheer HUGE amount of diverse options you have to build up a new plan every day. As a beginner, the instructions are great, the voice over helpful and soft. It is amazing that they offer different Yoga practices (meditation and breathing techniques inclusive) and let you choose how long you session should be, how difficult, what voices, tons of languages and you can even choose and mix up you music. If you have a subscription, you can use their other apps too, which is so thoughtful. Clearly they care for your wellbeing without asking more money for different apps. I could keep writing but please, just download the app and enjoy your me-time :D

Absolutely amazing, been using since 2021, I had a bad neck injury and never thought I'd exercise like I use to but after a trial period and then the offer to pay at a discounted rate as I wasn't working working. It took over a year of perserverance and pain but I am now off all meds and back at work. I couldn't be were I am today without this app...my saviour, i love all of the workouts, apps, great custom ideas, own music..Thank you

Tengo la aplicación desde hace más de siete años. Es una aplicación muy versátil y que te permite adaptar tu práctica de yoga a tus necesidades del momento y el tiempo que tengas disponible. Para mí es imprescindible. Además suele haber promociones y puedes pillar ofertas para la suscripción.

What an absolute excellent company they have listened to me as their customer without judgement and are entirely focused upon the health needs of the down dog community. Highly recommended 😊😊😊

I have been using this app for over 3 years now. Really like it, I'd recommend it to anyone. You can easily customise it - set the difficulty level/ length of the training, switch off the music etc. Highly recommended.

Customer for several years now. Loving yoga app, meditation app & workout app. You pay one subscription and you get access to different features and variety of workouts. Inspiring on so many levels. Thank you for the company :-)

Me encanta tengo 4 años de usarla. He tendió muy buenos resultados y lo manejo según la intensidad que yo quiero. Han mejorado mucho la app y hay varias opciones para mejorar mi saludo. Recomendado! Cuando se va a vencer para que no te carguen la renovación hay que quitarle esa opción.

Me han cobrado una renovación automatica que yo no solicité. He estado pagando desde el confinamiento sin saberlo y por tanto sin usarla. Ahora a ver el año que viene m la siguen cobrando después de haber quitado la renovación automática

I am on my 6th year with this company. To this day I practiced almost 900h with DownDog. I absolutely love the app and its versatility. You can choose the type of yoga you want to practice (Vinyasa, Restorative, Hatha, Yin, Gentle, Chair, Ashtanga, Sun Salutations, variety of other flows, Nidra...) customise your level, length, music, instructions, boosts and much more... The practice is generated, so unless you save it, you will never have the same practice twice.

They keep updating the app every once in a while. I went through some big and small changes over the past years like updates of the background, updating asanas and re-filming the model, adding different voice actors or recently liking or disliking poses. I am excited about every change DD presents.

They have their daughter apps, too- Barre, Meditation, Prenatal or HIIT that you can use under the same subscription at no additional charge. I really like Barre and I am hoping for Pilates app one day :)

I invested into a lifetime subscription, that is not available anymore, but from what I saw, the yearly subscription is still fairly priced and if you are lucky, you can even snatch a good deal usually around Labor Day- New Year period which is so extremely low, that I would need to be with DD for 10 years to get my lifetime subscription money worth back.

Also, it is remarkable that this company offered their app for free during covid and other critical times for humankind. They still offer the app at no cost for schools/teachers and as I have witnessed many times in DownDog FB group, when you as an individual struggle or hit a rough time, you may be given free access too. They are very understanding about what you as a person are going through, I have never seen a company like that. A company that is willing to support your body/mental health, even though you can't currently afford it! I am a big fan of DownDog, it is the best Yoga app that I have used and as long as they keep being awesome, I will continue to use them!

Lots of different options and levels. You can also choose the time and the language. Some may say it is repetitive, although you can now select poses you want to use more or less. It's also very reasonably priced. Obviously going to physical classes has benefits that you cannot have with an app. However I think that as apps go this is the best, and have just renewed my subscription. There are also some good Yoga videos available on YouTube, but I got fed up with the marketing and 'inspiring' words on so many of these.

Fraudulent charge - for the second year I have been charged for a subscription of this app even though I do not have it on my phone and it is not listed in my subscriptions. I have tried contact the company and heard nothing, this is a complete scam. DO NOT DOWNLOD

I love this App.
I initially used it for Yoga but I find the meditation app excellent. My kids even find it really useful and join me for mediation on occasion.

My subscription were coming to an and, and because I am a student, I couldn't currently afford extending it. I wrote the team, and they just extended it with 6 months and giving me a discount promo without batting an eye. Very good service! And very good apps!

This app has been making me so much stronger and more flexible. The music is really great as well, and most of the time I enjoy the sequences. It can get slightly repetitive if you're doing it every day, so I mix it up with going to live classes here and there or doing a yoga video on YouTube. I love that Down Dog offers Intermediate 2 and Advanced modes, which are more challenging than your average yoga class.

I would advise not increasing your practice time too quickly. I slightly injured myself in the beginning from pushing too hard. It is a really challenging program, and it's taken me years to build up from 30 minutes of Intermediate 1 to 80 minutes Intermediate 2.

I have used this app for 6 years. It is by far rhe best our there, and the quality and variety of sessions make it impossible to get bored! The customer service is excellent. I can not fault it.

Love this app. Have used the app almost every day for the last two and a half years. Lots of variety. Really easy to use.

I did subscribe to the app and used it briefly but it wasn’t for me. Too robotic- I removed the app and cancelled. - however they took a year’s subscription without my knowledge more than a year ago and my emails were ignored. And now out of the blue they took what seems like a monthly direct debit ! This random taking of money is shocking my bank has now blocked them from my account- shocking behaviour AVOID

I really like the the app. I used it a lot more during lockdown, and probably less now that I can go back to classes, but it’s perfect if you want to fit in a practice at home. I like the music and the way it can be amended to your preference.
