"The credit never expires" Yet my account has been closed while still in credit, because I didn't use it for some time... With no warning.

If a particular phone number account has had no movement (that is either a top-up or a call being made) for two years or more then we reserve the right to close the account and zero any credit balance that may be remaining.

I would give zero rating.very bad experience...have only been able to use it once ..since then unable to use.company will not refund me..I can only assume the reviews are fake !!! As far as I am concerned lousy service. Greedy company and very poor customer service.

Excellent Service - I would give it 5 stars - but I do have a suggestion - Is it possible to add a feature where you are told the outstanding balance of your account - before your call goes through - so that you could be aware of how long to chat before you get cut off? Just a thought! Keep up the good work!

what ever you do do leave credit with them
whatever you do, dont send any money to your account that you are not prepared to use or lose in the next 14 days... after 14 days ... you dont get it back
