A previous pair of Darla loppers have lasted over 30 years and these new ones are a replacement. They are excellent, cut well and not too heavy. Delivery was very prompt.

Great quality items
Really pleased with the quality of the items. Bought a folding handsaw, flower snips and Ergonomic (ergo) snips. They are all absolutely brilliant and great to use. Prompt delivery and great value for money too.

Darlac telescopic shears,don't waste…
Darlac telescopic shears,don't waste your money I have just spent approx 1 hour re threading the long screw on the telescopic mechanism for it to fail again after three cuts.It is has now sheared in the cam. Very poor design for such an expensive set,the tool has had little use,and is now over a year old.I have a non telescopic set that are 30 years old,and are far superior.

Having purchased an Expert extendable…
Having purchased an Expert extendable tree pruner a few years ago - which,whilst being heavy at full stretch,has done the required job time after time - my last use resulted in the cutting blades return spring breaking,and,having searched through my hoard of 'rainy day' parts, I was unable to find one that would be a suitable replacement.
With this in mind,I completed a Darlac website 'contact' form,outlining my requirements,and asked whether they might be able to supply one directly,and at what cost. A simple enough request,one might think.....
However,5 days after my enquiry,my email account is ominous by the lack of response from Darlac.This,at best,is very disappointing,but it isn't the first time I have encountered a company who thinks that online enquiry forms can be ignored.
I would have left a 5 star rating,but for the complete lack of response - which will,no doubt be 'explained' by the company as being down to Brexit/Covid/furlough/lack of staff/couldn't be bothered..

I have owned a pair of heavy duty ratchet mechanism loppers for some time now - five, maybe six years. Recently I needed spares and contacted customer services. I was blown away by the prompt helpful service. I can't recommend this company enough. My loppers are now performing beautifully leaving clean cuts in the trees I'm pruning. Thank you Darlac!
