I usually buy my pruners at flower shows but having lost a pair in the border I sent straight to Darlac.

I bought replacement snippers. Darlac were very prompt in sending and a good price. Probably as good as show 'specials'.

The little handbook of how to sharpen snippers etc is extremely useful. Please give these out with every pair.

Of course I would buy Darlac again.

Versatile multi purpose design. Feels robust but light in weight. Unused as yet but would be surprised if it disappoints and has added advantages of easy storage with telescopic handle and non rusting material for tines.

Parcel received quickly once sent, well packed but it took several days from order until it was posted

Recently purchased the perennial shears and they are showing signs of rust after one use. I cleaned the shears immediately and left them to air dry overnight but multiple rust spots had appeared by the next day.

The customer advisor was friendly and helped me make a decision as to which extending pole to buy. I have bought one in the past, now given to my daughter and I thought I would treat myself to a new one.

Still waiting for my order 10 days now and no reply to my email chasing my order three days ago

Products are fantastic but they were wrapped in shredded cardboard which resulted in dust thtoughout anf I was wanting to give snips and shears as gifts to fellow gardenrr friends! Disappointing that products wete compromised by poor choice of packaging!

I found exactly what I wanted on Darlac.com and am delighted with both the product and the service.

I purchased the ladies lightweight shears two weeks ago & the blades have worked loose already. Will take them back to garden centre. Hopefully will exchange them, but was disappointed because I’ve bought the long handled ones in the past & they are excellent

Having experienced a hitch with the delivery of the product by the Post Office, the response of the vendor was first rate. They communicated their attention to the customer and were reassuring that there would be an eventual positive outcome. When the item arrived, it worked as promised and was of high quality. Excellent support.

Order on line good, delivery prompt but they did not convey to yodel to leave parcel in safe place that I had specified on order so they left it by front door so only 4 stars.

Delivery was prompt and the items well packed, good quality. When trying to order another different trowel at the same time, had to give up after going round in circles.

Perfect tool for compost turning. Delivered efficiently.

Good product delivered on time

Prompt delivery and beautifully packaged -- my third set of ratchet pruners in 15 years, and they certainly earn their keep. But, like me, they get older and worn out.

I got my weeding tool today. I want it for my rockery area. It’s a small tool- slightly smaller than I thought but the business end is fit for purpose. The handle has a thumb notch on it which will make it more comfortable to use. A good functional tool

prompt service. It would have been better if the product I ordered had instructions or assembly attached and I didn't have to call for a missing screw. But, Darlac rectified the issues without fuss.
