Darlac have not replied to my email , nor my enquiry on Darlac's website. I need to replace a broken spring in the handle of our Darlac Telescopic Cut 'n' Hold Snapper – but they show no interest in repairing this product.

Needed a couple of new tools, loppers and snips. Bought Darlac as we were already pleased with our secateurs.
Minor problem with the loppers, customer service helped us sort it really quickly. Good to be buying good quality tools which you can get spares for.

Darlac customer service went way beyond the expected when I experienced a problem with my telescopic snappers. Chloe especially was very helpful and organised a replacement part be sent out to me promptly and free of charge.

I needed anew blade for my wife's garden secateurs and enquired to see if they were available to buy and Darlac very kindly send me the exact part free of charge. What a lovely company to deal with. Doing things the old fashioned way still exists and well done them for keeping standards high.

We have had a Darlac telescopic cut'n'hold snapper for a few years & have been extremely impressed with it's cutting ability for high branches. Recently the spring in the handle broke & although still usable the automatic spring handle action wouldn't work.
I rang Darlac & after providing the model no was told a replacement spring would be sent in the next few days. When I asked how much, I was told it was free of charge. This duly arrived 2 days later, was easy to fit & the tool is back in action.
Great customer service.

Very disappointed with Darlac and their total lack of customer service. Had an issue with my new secateurs, emailed them and got no response, called them and spoke to a lady who said she would sort it out but still nothing. Sent another email a week or so later which was also ignored. Very poor all round so returned the product to Amazon for refund and bought a great pair of Wilkinson Sword pruners instead. Just not good enough Darlac!
UPDATE - Despite the reply from Darlac, no one ever did respond to my complaint.

I broke a part of an expert Long reach lopper so contacted Darlac customer services who requested a photo in order to identify the correct part and dispatched a replacement part which was received in three days all FOC Excellent customer service

I had a broken trigger on a Darlac Snapper , I contacted Darlac customer service & explained the problem, the lady at Darlac said she had spares in stock, she asked for my address &said she would send me a new part free of charge, the new part arrived in 3 days & true to her word there was nothing to pay. Fantastic service.

Bought a pair of swivel shears a few years ago. The blades separated from the handle, so contacted Darlac without too much expectation. They asked for pictures and sent a replacement which arrived 5 days later. How good is that!

Bought pair of Telescopic Hedge Shears a couple of years ago. Very sharp and efficient, but recently one of the handles came loose and was impossible to fit back in place permanently. Probably because I used them on thick branches, where I should have used loppers or a saw. Contacted Customer Services and received a replacement pair in days, free of charge.

The service provided by Darlac tools is great. We found ourselves in a tricky position as we were sold the wrong pole for our requirements while on holiday so couldn't return it to the store. Darlac came to our rescue arranged an exchange very efficiently and saved the day as we would have been out off pocket quite a bit of money. Ordered online. Item was addressed and delivered to the wrong address. Obviously not the Couriers fault. Contacted Darlac twice for an explanation and they never even bothered to reply.

Very pleased with my new Darlac compact anvil loppers. They cut very well through fairly tough hazel hedging. Delivery could have been a bit swifter - we are spoilt with Amazon nowadays - but their price was fair and I prefer them to a pair of more expensive Wolf Garten loppers.

Darlac were great at emailing me back the following day, with answers to my questions. I was then sent free of charge the pair of screws I needed for my shears. All sorted within a few days of my request. Great service.

Nothing wrong with the bypas loppers that arrived. Only one arrived, still waiting for the second one ordered at the same time. No correspondence from Darlac and I wonder why I’m being asked to review before all items ordered have been delivered. You can let me know when I can expect delivery on this platform if you like.

I ordered goods on Darlac website on 7th February and paid for them.. The goods were dispatched on 9th February. Today is the 16th February however I have not receded them. I have contacted Darlac on numerous occasion's but they have failed to deal with my complaint. All I am told is they were dispatch and are with Royal mail. Not satisfactory.
