Dan Thomas & Co, have been fantastic! When we were looking around for estate agents we always check the reviews and saw that theirs were really good. We were not dissapointed! One thing that's important for me is communication and they kept us informed every step of the way and worked really hard liaising with everyone in the chain. We had a few hiccups along the way with the chain, but Lorraine & Sharon pulled out all of the stops to keep us informed with very good advice and knowledge as well. It doesn't usually feel like you get value for money when moving but with this move I actually feel that we've had really good value for our money!

I would recommend Dan Thomas to anybody with my eyes closed . Every person is extremely efficient, caring and nothing is too much for them . I have just boughten my property and Sharon, Marisa and Claire went an extra mile for me and they were for me at any time of the working hours . I am very grateful to these ladies for making the whole experience much easier , so I did not have as much stress .

What can we say… 7 months in and we finally have our keys to our beautiful new home! We met the team when we found our new house a few doors down and had to move heaven and earth to sell our house in order for us to buy the one we wanted! Throughout both purchase and sale process - Dan, Lorraine, Marisa, Claire, Abi, Naomi and Sharon all supported us through the ups and downs of the house buying and selling rollercoaster!

For various reasons, unrelated to Dan Thomas and co, I have had great difficulty selling my house. I had used a number of estate agents without success. Eventually I thought I would try out a “young” agency and contacted Dan. Getting a sale over the line proved difficult on more than one occasion and friends had started to suggest going for yet another agent. My view was that DT & Co had been excellent in keeping in touch with me throughout difficult times: they had retained their initial enthusiasm even when I was thinking that a sale for any sensible price was impossible.
I have now exchanged and I’m glad I and they stuck together.
I will not pick out any specific staff members for comment because they were all helpful and sympathetic and all seemed to know what was going on re my sale - must have a good communication system!!

We recently bought our home with Dan Thomas and had a very positive experience. The team are professional, friendly and responsive and we would recommend using them. Lorraine came to the viewings well prepared and was able to answer our questions and was very personable and the Sales Progression team kept us updated with the status of the purchase and were on hand to help. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Dan Thomas & Co while selling my home. Dan priced our property realistically, which helped generate strong interest from the start. Lorraine was fantastic at conducting viewings—warm, knowledgeable, and very professional, which really helped showcase the property. Claire and Sharon were superb in the after-sales stage; they kept me fully informed, handled any issues efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. Abi and Marisia were also brilliant when showing us around potential homes to buy—friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout. We recently viewed a few properties with Lorraine Cooper, and after seeing places with several different agents, I can honestly say no one has been as good as her. She has the perfect balance, friendly and chatty without being pushy, and she always gives us the space we need to look around and talk things through.

I also really appreciate how organised she is. She always sends clear reminders and messages with the exact address and all the details, so we never have to dig through a million emails to find anything. It makes the whole process so much easier.

I've worked in New Homes for 30 years and deal with a lot of agents, so when I moved I had a good sense that Dan Thomas was the right choice, but the excelled my expectations. Let's be honest moving isn't fun, but if you have excellent agents like Marisa and Abi dealing with your buyers you have the best chance of getting the most out of every viewer. We sadly lost our first buyer, but the team really mobilised using different photos, feature properties on Rightmove Move and revisiting every lead to get us another buyer. Big thank you to Dan for negotiation the offer and giving our buyers a sense of urgency so that we could secure our dream home. The other thing I'd like to highlight is that selling is one thing, how you get to exchange and completion is often over looked. Sharon knew just what to say with just the right amount of pressure. Her calm authority put the other estate agents in to line and definitely helped my sanity. We've been in our lovely home a few months now, and the good news is that all the hassle is worth it, but do yourself a favour and definitely go with Dan Thomas 👍

What can we say other than "why go anywhere else!" Since the very first time Dan came round to our house to give us a valuation to the moment we stepped into our new property Dan and his team offered nothing but a first class service. We were added to a WhatsApp Group with the whole team and kept updated every step of the way. We didn't have the smoothest journey selling and buying our house but felt fully supported by Dan and his whole team, with messages being answered well after the working day had ended.
