Im currently dealing with them! But im not happy with them so far! Firstly I was told I would be seeing a doctor named on the email but when I got to the medical it was a different doctor! Then she said she would retain my D4 form because she couldn't fill in my form because of my previous stroke diagnosis a yr earlier! Then the doctor said my eye site didn't meet the required standard and said I would need to see the opticians to fill out once I get the D4 back! Then I found the paper work for my stroke that states thay I've been deemed ok and no more tests needed so I emailed all the relevant emails then followed up witha call and they said they would all me back but never did

Second time I’ve used D4Drivers, but after a stroke in Nov 2024 I struggled to get my licence back, they kept asking medical info from GP who doesn’t really cooperate, my former boss told me D4Drivers could do it.
So booked a medical and Mohammed spent longer with me to fill in and read forms, absolutely terrific service. Very happy.

I had an appointment today with a doctor at D4Drivers in Newport to renew my D license. The appointment lasted 5 minutes with this doctor who barely speaks English. Not being a native speaker myself, communication was difficult, but I'm paying. No weighing, no measurements, no eye test... Just a few questions, a signature, and a stamp. Goodbye, sir... It's a scam. Especially since I now have to see the optician for a prescription for glasses I bought a year ago... Finally, I'll remind you that last year the paperwork was partially filled out by the doctor at the time, and that got me into trouble. Avoid this organization; it has changed a lot in 3 years. Before, it was perfect...

My husband just had a medical with a doctor from D4drivers. It was a waste of money. The doctor put the eye test board next to a bright window that caused glare. He couldn't even read the top line ! He told the doctor this so the doctor turned off the lights and then asked my husband to read in a darkened room with light streaming in from outside right where the reading board was. My husband has always had excellent vision better than mine so when he told me this I was mortified. We then had to book him in with to a proper professional optician with the right equipment to do a proper eye test...Specsavers ...who passed him with flying colours. Now his licence is about to expire and affect his job and livelihood because of a doctor who should have the correct equipment/room to carry out the eye test properly. My husband is 66 and he almost decided to stop driving because of this doctor's incompetence. The doctor also wrote on his form using illegible writing that looks as if a spider has crawled on the page. We have reported this but no resolution and we can't get the rest of his form filled in now before it expires. Dreadful. Don't risk your livelihood.

Easy peasy, in and out. All appropriate medical questions completed. Got the appointment booked for 6 days from when I called whereas my own GP was going to be a month and half and double the price.
