Back in October 2024, I found my dream house, and after selling my own home, I hoped for a smooth and streamlined journey to completion. I could not recommend DWS highly enough to others looking for conveyancing solicitors, exclusively because of Aaliya Moledina and Brooke Johnson.

I cannot speak highly enough of both of them, they were easily contactable any time I had a query (I had many as a first time buyer), they explained things very clearly and simply so that I was aware of what was happening all the way throughput the purchasing process.

I do not hesitate to think either Aaliya or Brooke will forget my transaction for as long as they live, the seller's solicitor's were absolutely shocking to deal with, extremely unprofessional and bordering on negligent.

Both Aaliya and Brooke kept on top of them, constantly ringing and emailing them to keep the ball rolling, and thankfully all that hard work paid off as the transaction happened just before the April 2025 SDLT increase.
