The software is really good. The avatars look great.

Really good AI! The voices lip sync really good and you can make some adjustments like add emotions etc. You can add your own photo and voice which makes it more realistic and more like. I would just like the animation to be worked more on like you can change backgrounds etc. Overall great Ai to use!

I found Creatify more extensive than any of the other AI creative softwares out there. It allowed me to create much more personalized and extensive videos than any of the others.

Estoy probando Creatify para hacer contenido en español y, la verdad, me está gustando bastante. Lo que más me costó fue encontrar la voz que le quede bien al avatar que elegí para mis videos. La función de texto a voz es genial, sobre todo la V3, aunque a veces el tono no termina de encajar con el avatar. Pero con un poco de prueba y error se consiguen videos súper realistas.

También me ha encantado lo fácil que es hacer shorts: en dos pasos ya tienes un video con locución y las imágenes que representan tu proyecto. En general, me parece una herramienta muy buena para crear videos.

I was charged for a subscription I didn’t intend to use and reached out the same day to request a refund. Despite explaining that I hadn’t used the service at all, the company refused to accommodate my request.

It’s disappointing to see a video editing software company put rigid policies over basic customer fairness. I understand policies exist for a reason, but any reputable business should be willing to make exceptions when a charge is clearly unused and the request is made immediately.

I won’t be using or recommending this software again — there are plenty of competitors that value their customers and stand behind their product with better service.
