Not sure where all these positive reviews come from. This company is a scam. Placed an order and heard nothing. Emailed no answer, phone is disconnected.

I am writing a review to support the company comfy sleeper. We had place an order for our cooling blanket. But when the order was delivered the package had been cut open resulting in the blanket having 2 holes in it. I reached to the support team. I was so happy with the professionalism and support they had provided me. Thank you again I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We purchased the XL Haven and Crash Cloud, and they are hands down the most comfortable pieces we’ve ever owned — pure relaxation heaven.

Luke and Linda went above and beyond with their genuine care and attention. They took the time to ensure we chose the right products for our space and made the whole process effortless and enjoyable. Their warmth, professionalism, and personal touch really set Comfort Cloud apart.

My son loooooves his Cloud. It’s not only ridiculously comfy, but unexpectedly brings us so much connection and laughter due to its proximity to his bedroom door. He loves to open his door and just flop down onto the cloud. He also loves sharing it with our cats. They’re impressed too, I’ve awoken in the morning to find them both sleeping on it 🤣

I couldn’t recommend this product more highly. It’s been such a game changer for our kids to regulate and unwind after school! Beautiful quality and super comfy. Thank you!

Bought this for the kids, now it’s the only “chair” in the room. Sleeping, reading or watching TV it is so comfy.

When I first received my parcel it was so heavy, but I managed to get it in to my lounge room.
Then I opened everything up and managed to get my beautiful soft outside. I was a little perplexed at the zipper with no tag, I then read why it was taken off. After fighting the zipper and bag as well as the outside. On my own I finally mastered the assembly alone. Absolutely love my comfort cloud.

BEST purchase i’ve ever made!

Nothing better than coming home from work and relaxing on my comfort cloud! I bought the Haven Cloud XL in the grey ribbed and recently bought the charcoal ribbed replacement covers and I’m even more obsessed!
Super soft and so comfy, just like laying on a cloud!

If you don’t own one of these Comfort Clouds yet, you need to get one! You’ll understand what I’m talking about when I say this is the BEST purchase I’ve ever made! 🥰

I bought the Comfort Cloud Biscotti Teddy blanket, warm, cosy and super relaxed when enveloped by it. My order was processed immediately and it arrived with a matching free pillow as a gift. Truly grateful.

I love my comfort cloud and so do my dogs, it’s a constant battle of who gets onto it first! Linda has been amazing throughout this whole process even when I purchased the wrong size. You can see customer service is at the heart of what they do.

We all LOVE our comfort cloud and I'm so glad we bought the haven or we would have to take turns to sit in it :) so much room and so very comfortable. Definitely the best seat in the house :)

Al, our driver was outstanding. ALWAYS on time, an excellent driver and knows all the roads. Will use him every time it is applicable. Very reasonable rates for the top service provided!

I am not sure if I love the comfort cloud more or my children! We have been on it almost every day since we got it. Our cinema room is quite small and we decided to get the crash mat and it is perfect for our space!

Right from the get go, buying the Biscotti Teddy Crash Cloud for my home, for my grandchildren to enjoy and for myself to relax in was a great decision. it was amazing to see the grandchildren having fun, jumping around on it, then eventually just feeling comforted laying on it . Myself , I needed a comfortable seating solution for my small studio and its so comfortable and soothing, I quite often fall asleep in it and find myself feeling the lovely texture of the material against my hands, As a support worker this helps me relax after work too!
everything was quite easy from ordering ,communication, to receiving and I love the little touches that make it special with a personal letter and chocolate. Thank you Linda and Luke for creating a quality product that just feels like heaven. hope to gift some to my family in the future.

Our clouds are amazing!
It took a couple of days for them to “stop growing” and settle down, and now they are so comfortable and very relaxing. We love them and so do our cats! And the best thing is that the cats can’t “clawk” them like they did with our sofa.
The covers are so soft and luxurious and so are the blankets. It’s so tempting to just stay in them at bedtime instead of going to bed- we haven’t done it, yet….
Delivery was quick and the driver brought them into the house for me. They were well packaged, with good instructions, and came with a few bonus chocolates to enjoy once we had finished setting them up.
