Same thing as other reviews. Made an order in December. It said it cleared customs and was out for local delivery. I contacted them 4 times and was either ignored or told it was on the way per the link. Never received anything.
Company is a scam!
Unfortunately, I experienced everything others did. Complete scam. I never received the product. Was given a bogus tracking number, reached out to "customer service," received 1 reply stating it had been lost in transit and they would update me with a new tracking number, which, of course, they never did and now are not responding to further inquiries or attempts to get my money back. Very frustrating. I'm disappointed in myself for not doing better research.

Only giving a 1 because a 0 isn’t possible. Took 6 weeks for delivery. Smells like chemicals. Poor quality. Let it sit for 1 week thinking it would decompress. Right shoulder area is less than 1” tall and left is approx 3” tall. It’s trash. Save your money.

I’ve experienced all the same problems everyone has mentioned. Order a couple months ago, tracing the package on their site tells you nothing. Sent them a few emails, first one someone responded to, last two sent NOTHING

This is a scam! Please don't buy from this merchant. I got a charge off on my credit card for merchandise I never received. First off I never received the body belt I ordered, I made the purchase via Affirm thinking if there is any issues it won't be too difficult to resolve, this was not the case! Save yourself the trouble, stay far away!

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER! Ordered on 11/29, after didn’t receive in 3 weeks, emailed and was told my order was “flagged as a Covid-19 test” They were transitioning to a new shipping vendor and would expedite. After several more emails and demanded refund on 01/13 I got the pillow on 01/16 from a woman in Chicago? What I find more concerning is after my last email on 01/13 my debit card was hacked 1x on 01/14 and 3x on 01/15 for a total of $436. COINCIDENCE? No proof but very suspicious. Pillow is crap and will be thrown away, not even an inch thick and the sewn on cover around it is way too big.(foam is not expanding at all) Please stay away from these thieves. Way too much at risk.

This company is a scam. First, they advertised a 10% discount however when I ordered two pillows I wasn’t given a discount. Had to contact them for the discount. Second. It took 40 days to receive the product. Third, and the worst is that when I unwrapped the two pillows they were flat as a pancake. After 48 hours they still did not fluff up. And to boot the foam inside was torn. They will not cover the cost to return the pillows. Definitely a company and product to avoid.

took 5+ weeks to get the order. I tried to cancel 2 weeks in but was told the order had already processed eventhough it had not shipped (from China) Opened the package. No mystery gift as advertised, pillows had a chemical smell that was so unbearable I had to leave the pillow in the garage. After, 2 days the pillows finally decompressed and surprise surprise looked only remotely like the ad image. After 3 days smell was reduced but still too strong to sleep on (I would liken it to the smell of expired latex paint)

Ditto with everything others are saying. But after 37 days I received the package. Neck pillow is not a massager, just a pillow. I’ve only taken 1 pillow out to see if it expands. No instructions received. If I want to return to Co. shipped from China, I can only return 2 items out of the 5 I ordered. WTF

Order pillow for my wife who experience neck and back discomfort especially when sleeping at night. Wanted to give this pillow a try. After four weeks and still not receiving the pillow I cancelled the order. The tracking information that was provided gave no information. After showing it made it through customs on January 1st there was no updates to tracking nearly two weeks after. Be extremely cautious on delivery times and where this product is coming from.
Scam company
Looks like I'm in the same boat as everyone else -- scammed. I ordered on December 6th. Their website claims that if ordered in the USA, then the shipment would take 7 working days. It's now January 14th. The company has only answered one of my emails (I've send several inquiries) with a bogus tracking number that just keeps showing "in transit" with a long series of illogical departure and arrival checkpoints -- it's in customs, it's being "extracted," it's in customs again, it's being extracted again, it's at this distribution center, it's at that distribution center, it's in Chicago, then it's in Indianapolis, then it's in Lancaster, Pennsylvania -- I live in Phoenix! I've filed a complaint with PayPal and even that has not elicited a reply. Meanwhile they are continuously hammering my inbox with daily marketing emails. As if I'd ever buy something from them again. Not a chance! Stay as far away from this company as you can.

Stay away. They sell you the pillow. Dont deliver, blow you off when you try to get a refund for not receiving the product. I had to dispute it with my credit card to get refunded. CoBio is a scam company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve had the same issue it seems as everyone else. I ordered 2 on Thanksgiving and have still not received. Tracking is useless and when I’ve emailed the company they send me a new (and different) tracking number.
I disputed the charge with my credit card and finally got an email from Cobio saying I was being refunded- we shall see! I ended up ordering similar pillows from another company and got them in 2 days!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Unless you like wasting money!

I placed my order back on Dec 10th, and never received my items. I never received an email after notifying the company of the aforementioned! I agree, I think it is a scam!!! I had to go through my credit card to have the charges reversed. Don’t purchase anything from this company unless you want to through away your money!!!!

I ordered an item as a Christmas gift, but as of January 7th, it has not arrived. The tracking information provided has been unreliable, showing the package in the same status—"cleared customs" or "extracted"—since December 16th. I even received an email claiming that my order was mistakenly categorized as a Covid test. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I regret trusting this company.
It seems clear this company is a scam. I plan to report the issue through my bank's fraud protection services in hopes of recovering my funds. To others: protect yourselves and avoid this company at all costs.
