Very helpful company, would recommend and I would use again

Sejal helped me with my first ever self assesment and was incredibly patient and helpful with me. I'm very happy with the service.

I provided Cigma with all my tax info. Chased them after a month as I heard nothing. They then had queries, which were answered in the statements I had already provided. Further requests included me asking my previous employer to change my P45, which is not possible. They offered no expertise or advice on how I might reduce my tax bill. 2.5 months after my submissions to them my taxes were filed. I then had to chase them to pay them. I will not use again.

Jerome was very helpful with organising and submitting my self assessment tax return. I had a year that included the sale of a house, remortgage, change of employment to self employed and capital gains. Jerome & Haroon actually helped me get back some overpayments that I had made.
