We can't thank Jessamie enough (and our school for finding her). My daughter (dyslexic, adhd, etc) was struggling with attendance at the start of year 11, and we honestly didn't know if she would even make it to the exams. Bringing Jessamie on board was a stroke of genius on the part of our school. Her one to one tuition lifted my daughter's confidence and kept her on track. The fact that she attended all of her English GCSE exams is remarkable. Jessamie clearly has empathy with her students and by being so relatable she has kept my daughter engaged over the months. This is no mean feat! Huge thanks to Jessamie. We are very grateful.

Today was our last session with Jessamie and although we have only worked with her for a short time, it has just been an extremely positive experience.
My son is Autistic and generally struggles to build rapport easily with new people but Jessamie has the magic touch because from the very first meeting, her ability to empathically connect with him was amazing.
She came in at a late stage to try to get my son back on track to pass his GCSE English, after we had been let down by our previous BH tutor, who quite frankly wasn't fit for purpose.
Her teaching style and strategies allowed my son to quickly grasp concepts, that previously had huge gaps; whilst balancing working at his pace but gently pushing him when needed.
Jessamie restored my faith in Bright Heart Education in terms of her professionalism and depth of knowledge of her subject.
She was able jump straight into the deep end, literally igniting my son's interest and self-belief which had been completely diminished by his school and the previous tutor.
I really can't praise her highly enough but what I will say is that children need passionate and dynamic educators who are also empathic, compassionate, driven and who genuinely love the subject that they're teaching. Jessamie has all of these qualities are bags more.
She is a complete breath of fresh air, an ambassador for your organisation and I'd say to every parent, Jessamie comes HIGHLY recommended for English GCSE, A level and beyond.

Amelia our tutor and Bright Heart have helped us reduce stress and create positive experiences around homework, which is an amazing accomplishment. Our specific challenges are being addressed in a calm, understanding and encouraging manner which facilitates the learning process in ways I’m not personally equipped to manage on my own (as a concerned and emotionally involved parent). Thank you everyone at Bright Heart, especially our lovely tutor.

We have used the services of Bright Heart for the last 6 years. Firstly, with my Son, Harvey for his GCSE's and then his A Levels. All of the staff that Bright Heart have put in place for us, have always been outstanidng, in their patience and understanding of the what was required to help our Son through both sets of exams. I cannot thank Bright Heart enough, as they were there when we really needed extra help and support. Our son did extremely well in his GCSE's and A Levels. We have also recommended Bright Heart to friends and they are of the same opinion as us. Over the past couple of years, I have been studying for a GCSE in maths (long story....) and also, I have been studying for a MA in Art History. As an adult who required extra learning and guidance with these two subjects, I have been impressed with the understanding of the two tutors that have worked with me. My lessons were always geared to help and encourage me to try my best and to push me that little be more when needed.

I would happily recommended Bright Heart to anyone to who interested in taking on their services.

I worked hard to ensure that my son had a good EOTAS package put in place but sadly this organisation has let my son down enormously by providing an inadequate tutor and booking exams that clashed.

The worst thing is that this organisation are not taking any responsibility for their mismanagement.

Bright Hearts prepared my son for exams that could not be taken together because the GCSE dates clashed. They also did not put home invigilators in place. They missed the deadline, even though they agreed with the local authority to make “exam arrangements” months before the deadline was due.

Bright Hearts are saying what has happened is “unfortunate” in their response and have not offered any proper accountability, apology or remedy even though I have evidence and other concerns about professional misconduct. I am still waiting for a response to my formal complaint made weeks ago.

I am an educational professional myself and I have successfully changed government policy. I understand integrity. This company lacks integrity.

The company will probably try and take this review down or deny the statements I have made but I have evidence. I am willing to take this review down if the company responds to my very real concerns appropriately. I am also willing to speak to anyone else who has concerns or wants further information because I don’t want this to happen again to another child. It’s too late for my child but I hope this helps someone.

Bright Heart Education is a caring, professional and supportive agency to work for. Their approach encompasses so much more than just focusing on academic success. Pupils' social, emotional and mental health is paramount to them. As one of their tutors, I feel that their holistic approach to tuition enables me to provide support for pupils' academic achievement, as well as their well being.

Bright Heart respects me as a professional and is supportive and appreciative of the work I do. They are excellent at communicating and really care about their team, pupils and pupils' families.

Bright Heart have provided an exceptional A Level Psychology tutor for our son and he has benefited greatly from his experience. Bright Heart have always been easy to get hold of and a pleasure to speak with. No hesitation at all in recommending Bright Heart.

Wilma a particular tutor for one of our young people has been a positive influence and supported with progression using inspiring lessons to support engagement.

This company is dedicated to providing good quality, student centred tutoring for all of it's students, as well as a compassionate and listening ear to ensure provision is as individually tailored as possible.
They also look after their tutors very well and actively promote CPD for all. It is the most thoughtful and considerate of the agencies for which I have worked.

Excellent service from first contact with Ryan. My child has complex needs and brightheart have been helpful and professional from the start. We had a few challenges along the way but have been helped with great professionalism and very promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brightheart

I can’t recommend bright heart enough. Across the process at every point, from initial inquiry through to meeting the right tutor their system works and their people are smart, they listen and have a real sense of your needs and worries as a parent. Lisa our tutor was calm, kind and intuitively followed our child and our needs- it was a difficult journey for us with resistance from our son but Lisa just went with the pace and was absolutely brilliant- and affirming for us as parents and importantly for our son. They really do what they say they do- and have a wonderful approach to working with kids and parents. Thank you guys!
