Many of the features do not work, and they have zero support. I am working to stop payment and report them. I should have read this board first.

If I could give zero starts I would. Useless product. Impossible to unsubscribe. Total scam. They take your money and don't look back.

Its a scam. They never let you cancel your subscription. I had to call my bank and open a chargeback

ANSWER.AI IS A SCAM - PLEASE READ

This service acts like they have a free option, which gives you essentially nothing. The service is unusable with the free option. If you subscribe to the paid option, like I did, it is impossible to cancel. There is no cancel subscription landing page or options to even see your saved payment method. They lock you out of your personal information and leave you no option but to cancel your card on file to stop payments from being deducted automatically from your account every month. I have sent an email to the provider and am expecting a response, but once again. THIS IS A SCAM. There are many better services out there, and I was impatient and went with the first one I saw online, and fell prey to my own laziness. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

I subscribed to answers ai for a month so I could use it to help me with a class I was struggling with for the end of the semester, and it wasn't great. This was in September so I don't 100% remember it but their snapshot feature sucked and seemed like it couldn't read text, if text was in any kind of format beside a plaintext note it struggled, always gave wrong answers, and their autoanswer thing or whatever it was called never worked where it said it would. Just outright didn't let me use it. I contacted support to ask if it was possible for me to get a refund the same day I purchased and they could delete my account or I could or do whatever else they wanted to do if I could get a refund. Remember this is a subscription based thing, so I honestly wasn't expecting anything whatsoever, I just wanted a response. Fast forward to almost 4 months later.. wow.. finally responded.. with, and I quote "Hello, hope you are well - Would you like to unsubscribe from the app?" For context my question to support was very similar to how I explained my issue above in this review, and it's clear they didn't read any of it and don't care about their customers.

This App is a total scam.
I used all of my free credits and then I wanted to subscribe, what I did. After subscribing, I didn't get anything. After trying to restore the purchase, I didn't get anything as well. I tried logging out and in, deleting the cache and reinstalling the app without any luck.
The support isn't helpful at all either. It feels like their answers are sent from an AI because they are not related to my questions in any way.

Trying to cancel but there is no account management system. Look at there FAQ But never got an email from them. Just stopped the recurring payment. Pretty poor form and will be reporting to the ACCC

EDIT: For those wondering, if you set the payment type as PayPal you can turn off the recurring payment to stop being charged. Which leads me to my second point ALWAYS! Use PayPal as it’s easier to stop these scammer websites charge you ridiculous amounts.
