Got recommended Anne from a few people I knew and was a bit skeptical at first but couldn’t recommend her highly enough now. Anne helping me stop vaping has totally changed my life for the better and I’ll forever be grateful.

I was able to quit smoking with my treatment in 2011. I never smoked another cigarette again. The biggest gift to myself and my family. Nothing else worked. After 15 years still smoke free.

So here goes, I had been a smoker for almost 50 years (still can’t believe that). Started with the odd stolen cig from my parents packs at house parties etc and as a bit of fun. I had tried many times over the years, too many to remember to stop as for a long time I hated it, hated the smell etc etc. I eventually resigned myself to the fact that I’d never manage to quit then a pal told me about Anne Penman. I contacted her when I felt the time was right and she put me in touch with Tracy who she had trained up as she was closer to my home. I had my first laser therapy session on 2/9/25 and did not know what to expect. To say I was cynical was an understatement but thought what the heck, what is there to lose? 2 weeks worth of cigs. I won’t lie, the next day I was hanging on for dear life and it was a bit easier the next again day as I knew I had my second session that night. I went along to that and am absolutely delighted, and proud to say I have not had a bit of nicotine or cigarette since my first visit. I am officially a non smoker. I have 0 clue how it works and TBH not really fussed, all I know is that it has. I cannot thank Tracy, and Anne enough as it has transformed my life. I have been shouting about this to anyone who will listen and am proud to say I have also pointed a few friends in their direction who have also managed to quit. I attended Tracy’s office today for help with another matter (more will be revealed) and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Anne there as well which was a lovely surprise. These two ladies are true stars at what the do and so passionate about it. Please, please, if you have any inclination to stop smoking but think you cannot do it, YOU CAN. If I can do it after all those years anyone can and you don’t have to waste that much of your life. Make that call today! Best thing you can do for yourself and your family.

I went to Margaret Anne twenty years ago to stop smoking and haven’t smoked since 2006 .i went back to see Anne around three years ago to help with my sugar cravings and I’ve lost two stone .i would highly recommend that you give it a try,you have nothing to lose.very relaxing sessions and great advice.i go and see Anne regularly to keep on top of my cravings.john g ,Glasgow..

I went to meet Anne for the first time in October to get help to stop smoking as I was recommended by a family member so thought I would give it a try and today marks 5 weeks smoke free
Couldn’t recommend Anne anymore as she was so welcoming friendly and easy to talk to which made the process easier for me
I have recommended family and friends who have also gave up smoking/vaping in that time

I to meet Tracy on the 15th of September to stop smoking, I was recommended by a friend who had been to see Tracy and after the 1st session he stopped smoking and went back just to use up his sessions, thereafter I booked in with Tracy she's such a lovely caring person we clicked right away I'm now early days stopped smoking for 38 days now after 1 session I will go back and finish my other 3 sessions with her in no hurry though she's became a friend also I can call her anytime and she gives the best advice.I actually know 3 people who have been to her and have stopped smoking I would a never a thought they could've but I must say Tracy has the magic touch lol plus I had the greatest sleep ever after it even slept threw my alarm the next day so she's well recommended to anyone by me.I took my mum for a session for stress my mum came floating out the room it were so funny she loved it so thank you Tracy.

After 9 months of being smoke free I thought I would check in to provide information to anyone who is considering laser treatment from Anne Penman.

As of the 19 August 2025, I remain a non smoker. What a journey it has been and it is all thanks to Anne and walking through the door of her clinic on the 16 November 2024.

Giving up smoking has been my biggest achievement to date. I never thought it was something that I would be able to do. Not only that it has allowed me to address other issues I was having within different areas of my life as once I realised I had quit smoking I could tackle other things I thought I couldn't do either.

It's not been easy. However, Anne provided me with coping strategies and information that allowed me to work through cravings and challenges - you also receive this wisdom alongside the laser therapy. My biggest concern was going abroad. However, I tackled this back in April and was delighted when I returned continuing to be smoke free. The sense of achievement was huge.

So for anyone that is considering laser treatment - I cannot recommend Anne enough. You will be supported, heard and most of all equipped with the tools and information to give up smoking. You cannot put a price on the sense of freedom and accomplishment you will feel. Thanks Anne.

Anne has helped me to control my eating habits. I no longer obsess about food since starting the laser. I’ve also lost 2 stone in 2 months. I would tell everyone to give laser a try. It’s so relaxing and helps to de clutter the mind too.

In January 2024, I sought assistance from Anne to help me quit my 30-a-day smoking habit. Sceptical about the effectiveness of laser therapy due to previous unsuccessful attempts with other methods, I still felt compelled to try it because of pressing health concerns. My primary worry was managing stress and anxiety without relying on cigarettes for relief. However, during my sessions, not only did I cease smoking immediately, but I also gained insight into how smoking exacerbated my stress and anxiety. I learned more effective strategies for managing these issues.

After three months of being smoke-free, I completed a training course with Anne. The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and highly informative, making the training process enjoyable. The program exceeded my expectations by providing in-depth knowledge and practical applications derived from Anne's extensive experience as a therapist. I now operate my own clinic in the west end of Glasgow and collaborate closely with Anne. I highly recommend the training to help others and the stop smoking programme if you want to quit.

I've now been smoke free for 17 months.

I attended an open day at the Scotstoun clinic where I met with Anne & Tracy who made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. I had been wanting to stop smoking for a while and had tried various methods without much success. The ladies explained the process and outcomes of the treatment and something just clicked and I knew this was going to work! My therapist, Tracy made me feel so at ease and I enjoyed spending time with her as I felt I was in safe, professional hands. The treatment empowered me and made me feel determined and in control knowing Tracy was there for me and I walked out feeling fantastic. I became a non-smoker on 1st April thanks to this incredible treatment Tracy gave to me, I have better skin, more energy and I am so proud of myself.
