Slow delivery and poor after sales service (even the presales advice I got was slow).

The microscopes are solid and top quality (I use one at work and more recently, at home).

If you get any parts missing in your delivery don't bother contacting support as you'll just get a reply basically asking why you are telling them as they answer the emails and don't do the packing themselves! Despite contacting them within 48hrs of the SLOW DELIVERY there was no apology or even the offer to send the replacement part. Thankfully Amazon exists so I got the missing part from there the very next day.

I bought a dm140 lcd screen microscope for my grand gaughter. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it is a great little microscope and far from being just a kids toy.

The display is really crisp and the resolution is very good. The images saved to the sd card are ever better
when viewed on a computer.

I would recommend this microscope without hestitation and a useful introduction to microscopes for children of all ages.

I wanted to order a microscope, so I did extensive research, even contacting customer services at Amscope. I was so impressed with the politeness, speed of response and the good information I got from Maria, I finally ordered a microscope from Amscope.
The order process was seamless, and the microscope was delivered within a week. It was packed well, and everything was included as ordered and in perfect condition.

Quality products with fast shipping. Also customer service is so helpful.

I made a contact with the AmScope by phone asking about advise on a microscope to work with watches.
I made a further enquiry by email and was presented with various options per my budget. It all seemed sound, so I made use of 10% price reduction and ordered one. It took a couple of days then I received information about (free) shipment. The shipment was made from Germany.
I don't think the quality of the equipment should be part of the the review as it relies on specific models and price ranges. But while I have some comments about details the microscope is absolutely amazing. And I think it's competitively priced.

Garbage! Ordered a scope for nearly £1000. Have not recieved it nor any indication of why. Now have to raise issue with paypal to get fully refunded!

I have just had the strangest telephone call from Amscope, in particular this Maria. They seem to operate on a very limited communication system, probably intentional. Oh dear. Ive waited 7 days for a return label which still hasnt turned up, stating she is very busy and ill get my label as I'm in a queue???, its the busy seasion she said???she then said the longer she's on the phone to me there is work she can't get on with??? (And this is customer service). I reminded her i was a customer and i was asking what was the time scale and return policy but she kept trying to talk over me and avoided the questions. I asked to speak to her line manager and she said she doesn't have one. I asked for the number of her line manager and she fused to give it out. I asked her to transfer me to her line manager and she said goodbye and hung up. Yup, avoid them guys. Does anyone have a number I can call? This was too weird. Surely this can't be a company. Yes I have the goods but this customer service can't be right? Too weird.

Having purchased a Trinocular Articulating Zoom Microscope 10 months, I've only had one issue, being a poorly fitting adaptor that holds the LED light in place coming loose. A call this morning to Amscope UK and they are sending a replacement free of charge.

Through ebay I duplicated the order , obviously my mistake, but also obviously a genuine mistake. Within two hours I asked through eBay for a refund on the second duplicated order and 48 hours later was declined. This is not customer service and I should've read trust pilot beforehand. Because given the other comment on here, they're obviously just interested in immediate business and not long-term.

BEWARE DO NOT USE AMSCOPE AS THEY SCAM YOU FOR MONEY PAID FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED. MARIA (who claims she is a so called customer services director) AT AMSCOPE CARRIES THIS SCAM OUT AND DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS.
