Avoid at all costs! They take your money, lie to you, and cancel 2 weeks later.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Allnutrition (SFD S.A.) has been nothing short of a nightmare and a masterclass in horrible customer service.
I placed a small order on their website. The payment was processed and deducted from my card instantly. No delays there, of course.
After 5 days of absolute silence and zero updates on the shipping status, I had to contact their support team myself. Their representative replied with what I now know was a blatant lie: they claimed the warehouse was delayed due to holidays, but the package "will be shipped today".
Spoiler alert: it wasn't.
I waited for days. The order status on their website remained unchanged. No tracking number, no package, no communication. Finally, nearly two full weeks after taking my money, they simply cancelled my order. Just like that. No explanation, no attempt to make things right, and absolutely NO APOLOGY. They just casually mentioned I would get my refund in a couple of days.
This business operates like an interest-free loan scheme disguised as a sports nutrition store. They take your money immediately, hold it for half a month, feed you false promises when you demand answers, and then just drop your order entirely, wasting your time and nerves.
Save your money and your energy. Buy your supplements from a store that actually respects its customers, fulfills its obligations, and tells the truth. I will never buy from Allnutrition or any SFD S.A. brand ever again.
